Prompt response to email. Then spoke to on phone and set up appointment. He was prompt professional and went right to work When finished gave me card said feel free to call. Within few days had printer issue he quickly walked me thru it on phone

It was a very positive experience. He extracted the data from the old hard drive and got my computer working again. He did it quickly and efficiently. We will use him again.

Very professional, warm and good response to questions. Keelley was willing to work with my ignorance and repair a very sick machine.

Great- very smooth. Knows his stuff. When his technical language went over my head, I asked him to tell me again in English, and he did.

Kelley arrived and my home and tried his best, several hours, to at least bring back my data. But to no avail. Since he could not retrieve my data, he said he would not charge me (even tho it was not his fault). A few months later I ended up purchasing a Mac and called him to properly set it up along with my home network. He was on time and did over and above what I had anticipated. I will hire him again if I upgrade my systems.

Every time I have called or e mailed Kelley he responds promptly and pleasantly and schedules a timely appointment depending on the urgency of my problems. If it's really urgent he comes within 24 hours. He is always easy to talk with, fun to have around and makes efficient use of his time. He charges hourly and doesn't waste a minute. He has also provided support to me on the phone and via e mail without charging. He is terrific support for me and is patient with my limited computer skills. He most recently drove an hour to get here just to inform me I had plugged my printer into the wrong place. He was not upset. He didn't laugh at me. He didn't charge me. I am grateful to Angi's List for finding him on it.

Kelly arrived on time and was obviously very knowledgeable. My complaints are that he did not find out enough about what I wanted to actually provide me with same. He spend more time than estimated but in the end, it took multiple phone calls and a second visit to get everything working. While from his standpoint, I would guess that he thinks I was not clear on what I wanted him to do, I would suggest that spending more time asking about my needs and checking to see that what he did in fact worked for me would have made both of us happier. For example, he asked if I wanted to continue to use Internet Explorer or Mozilla. I said that I did not care. He installed Mozilla. It turns out that my remote application will only work with Internet Explorer. He knew that I was going to use remote application for work, but did not suggest that we check out to see if Mozilla would work for this application. In retrospect I should have asked him to wait and check to see that both computers were working before he left. He seemed so confident of what he was doing that I did not check to see that it worked for me so if one were to use his services, that would be my recommendation: say 'Wait. I need to check this out.'

Kelley was very professional, yet easy to talk with. When I did get back home, I called and we setup an appt for him to drop the computer off. Kelley has a very busy schedule so he said he would come by the following week to explain more on Vista, which was fine with me. We setup another appt. and he came over and showed all of the questions I had in a very understandable fashion. It was all hands-on which for me is easier to learn.

Kelley was responsive to my email for support. We set up a date that had to be changed, to which he was receptive and flexible. On the day of service, he was punctual. One suggestion would be that he had in mind what I had asked. I was very specific in the things that I wanted done; the list of services above was sent to him in much the same form. It did not seem that he had gone over those issues and was ready to deal with them with a plan he'd already formed. That said, once I brought that list up to him, he was quick to help. He first fixed my iTunes problem, then we dealt with the new external hard drive. Finally, he helped me re-organize my hard drive(s) and we found a lot of memory that was being used inefficiently. The problem with the broken key was addressed, but the hardware needed to fix my computer was not something he could take care of but would have to go to a shop that does that specific sort of thing. Kelley showed that he has been in the business for an extended period of time and that he keeps his knowledge up-to-date. He was able to address my problems and explain why computers are set up the way they are and how it pertained to my issues. Actually, when he left, it first seemed like he didn't do anything all that spectacular, that it all seemed like things I could have done myself. Then I realized it felt like that because he'd just taught me how to do it all so that I could do it the next time. Of course, the next time it will be another problem that I haven't come across and will need to call him again!

Kelley was prompt to respond to my e-mail and phone calls. We discussed the options for managment including wiping and restoring vs. buying a new computer. Given the age of the computer he gave realistic expectations of what the restored computer would be capable of. As I was only interested in websurfing, e-mail and light word processing I opted to have the computer restored. Kelley came to my home to pick up the computer and the restore disc. We discussed price and timeframes. He was able to return the restored computer the next day. It's been working great.

I have used Zen Repair about 10 times, in the last 2 years. He gives me advice on my computer. I will use him again in the future.

He was good I found him through Angie's List. He was thorough and fair. He used his time wisely going between computers. He charged by the hour and he was constantly working which kept the price down for me.

Kelley is very pleasant and easy to deal with. He seems to have a lot of experience with and be very knowledgeable about computers. He took the time to explain things to me, which was very helpful.

I dropped the laptop off and the work was completed within a day and a half -- earlier than estimated. When I had a question after I got the laptop back, my voicemail message was returned (on a weekend!) within ten minutes.

It went well he got everything up and running. Although he was late he did call to let us know that he was coming and stayed until almost 6.30 pm to complete the job.

My macbook wasn't turning on. I brought it to Kelly and he determined that the hard drive was broken and recommended taking it to a computer store. The computer store ended up replacing the hard drive for free! I definitely appreciated the advice! I am going back to Kelly for some software updates and help transferring some old files.

Kelley came to our house on time, quickly diagnosed the issue; replaced some programs that were part of the problem, and was finished within an hour. We haven't had any issues since. I will definitely use Zen Support for ongoing computer maintenance and support.

Kelley was very helpful and returned all my phone calls. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He gave me a lot of information and advice about computers in general and recommendations for different software. My computer's old, but he offered to do a complete wipe & re-write, which might get me a little more time from my current computer. He also told me that, considering my computer needs (some small business stuff and graduate school), I would probably be better off buying a new computer rather than putting lots of money into repairing an old one, though my old one can be used as a backup if I need. Kelley's usual rate, I believe, is $125/hour. He spent a little over 1.5 hours at my house, but only charged me $62.50, because my computer was so slow he was only able to do about 30 minutes worth of work. I've decided to buy a new computer, which I will probably do in the next week or two. I really appreciated all of Kelley's help, have recommended him to a friend, and will definitely call him again next time I need any help with my computer.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and he didn't waste any time. He knew exactly what to do when he knew what the problems were. He is extremely technical and systematic. I don't believe that there is any problem that he couldn't fix. If there is a fix for the problem he knows what it is. He was very honest and easy to get along with. I would rather pay him than send my computer back to the manufacturer even though it's under warranty. I was incredibly impressed and I come from the industry. He was clean cut and an amazing professional. He was absolutely great. I won't go to anyone else from now on. He was worth every penny I payed him.

He was running a little late, but he called early to warn me. He estimated the work might take an hour or two. It took one hour. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He quickly found the problems that had been plaguing our systems and fixed them.

It was a great experience. His service started before he even came to the house. When I told Kerry of all the issues over the phone, he told me a few things I needed to buy before he even came over, so he could complete the job in one trip. He transferred data from one computer to another through the use of an external hard drive, set up the new computer and connected a new printer to a laptop and desk top. It all took two hours. It is all working great!!

We have been pleased with their work, because they will answer all of your questions and are very knowledgeable about all types of computers. They are very accommodating about our schedules.

Kelley came to my place to pick up my laptop, then I picked it back up from him 2 days later, good as new. Turn around time would have even been quicker if I had the time to let him just work at my place, but leaving it with him was just easier for me. There were a few glitches after (due to my own problems navigating) and the free, quick telephone support after the work is done is invaluable!!! I have a PC that's slow as a snail. I will be having him work on that next.

Kelley responded promptly to my call and came here within 24 hours to determine the problem. He spent a couple hours "cleaning up" the computer and when he left it was working very efficiently. He also ordered additional memory for me and a week later when it arrived he came over, installed it and did not charge me for the visit. I have limited computer experience and he was extremely patient and kind. He is very easy to have around and I'm currently working on a list of "things I need to learn" so that he can spend some time teaching me. I was very pleased with Kelley and feel relieved to have finally found someone I trust to help me.

When Mr. Boylan arrived, he started out trying to identify the problem and test some assumptions. He was convinced that the problem was in the software rather than the keyboard itself, but the source of the problem was not all that obvious. His guess was that I had activated a function intended for someone with a physical handicap. It took some searching, but eventually he located the problem and fixed it--while also disabling the specialized function so I won't trigger it again. He did all this in about 15-20 minutes. When I asked how much the charge was, he said $10 or $20, as I saw fit. It was a pleasure to get such a quick response to an extremely frustrating problem and then have someone work on the laptop so competently. If I have any computer problems in future, I will certainly use Mr. Boylan again. Likewise, if friends or neighbors as for a reference to solve computer problems, I will give them his name and contact number.
