I have a Mac and it's been very difficult to find reliable, knowledgeable, affordable support. Kelly arrived exactly on time, both times. The first time I was extremely busy but he was able to quickly extract from me what I needed from my computer and was able to diagnose what was wrong with it in a few minutes. He didn't charge me anything. When I got the new computer he came back a week later, again exactly on time, set up my new Mac (which is awesome, by the way) plus fielding a constant barrage of computer questions from me and my husband without losing a beat. His low price also includes follow-up support for no extra charge and, get this, he will send me updates from software companies when they announce patches to fix bugs in the versions I have. He also saved us a lot of money by explaining how we can consolidate our Internet service throughout our home offices. As if that's not enough, he's a walking encyclopedia of information about new products coming up and what to avoid or get. (He used to write computer manuals.)

Kelly came in and got right to work. He knew exactly what he was doing. He's both professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He got it all done in just a little over an hour.

After speaking with Kelley on the phone, I dropped the computer off at his apartment. He was very accommodating about getting the work done right away, and the price seemed very fair to me.

Excellent service! Brought computer to his home, though he offered to come to my house. Kept computer over night as diagnostics took longer than expected. Returned laptop to me at my home the next evening.

Once Kelley arrived, he had fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He told me he would only charge me a partial hourly charge, but I asked him to stay and perform some other upgrades/fixes for my MAC laptop. He was amazing! He was able to add some spyware software and some additional virus protection. He basically cleaned up both systems and was able to explain every step of the way in a manner I could understand. Normally I have a company IT person who I have to rely on for answers when my company computer has a problem. Kelley was 1000% BETTER than any other IT person I have ever dealt with! Not only did he do the work I requested, after he left I experienced another problem with my wireless connection. He diagnosed it over the phone and suggested I get a new wireless router (about $50). Once I got the router, he took my call at 10:30PM and walked me through the set up and configuration! I would recommend him to ANYONE who is having ANY computer issue at all! AWESOME!

Kelley is the most honest and reliable repairman I've ever hired to do work of any type. I've hired him on several occasions, and each time I know I'm getting great value for the money I spend. He takes the time to explain things clearly and doesn't charge for follow up questions by phone or email.
