We just had an amazing crew led by John with Joe and Greg and earlier Ivan. Long story short, ?I can't give this company enough stars for the work they do and the awesome hearts that go into it! Love you guys! Also, this is the second time we've used this company and they've been amazing both times, so worth it! Mostly, love you guys, I'm as tired as can be and I didn't carry much thanks too you !

There was an unforeseen change on schedule. Ryan was in constant contact with me via phone and SMS to update me on the situation and when should I expect his team over. I had asked for 2 men help, but since my schedule was delayed, Ryan was nice enough to offer an extra helper to make the unloading go quicker. His team was very nice and courteous - going on to say how his company is professional and courteous in their approach. Finally this is the best part that talks about Long Distance Movers Alliance's professionalism. Since the job was delayed by few hours; Ryan was very nice to offer me a compensation in form of a refund even though it was not his fault and the delay was something that was completely out of his control, he understood the slight inconvenience I had to go through. All this goes on to show Ryan's and Your Chicago Movers 's overall good professional etiquette. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use Your Chicago Movers again.

Earlier, I could not make a difference whom I was talking to and whom I had called for survey it was very difficult to remember, even one company or a person, the only thing I had was their quotation, but I remembered none of them, I was very satisfied talking with mr Chris, he was very good throughout, very nice person, very understanding, my movement was completely good, everything reached in good condition. But when I asked the Your Chicago Movers in LA, not to unpack the goods for two days, they had to ask for more money But I talked to mr Chris and he helped me not to pay anything extra and unpacked all my goods later, thats is why I am writing this review, for his generosity, god bless him, and if someone from his higher authority reading this review, must give him good appreciation for his work. I will also recommend Your Chicago Movers to anyone who reads this review.
