A++++++++++++ I cannot say enough great things about Your Bright Home. We have been using them for the last 10 years for cleaning services in our single family home in Logan Square. Not only do they do an incredible job but they are always on-time and go above and beyond what is expected. The staff is extremely personable and their attention to detail is fantastic. Hire them, I promise you won't regret it.

We will never use this service again. We used it for about a year. It was good for a while but the quality deteriorated with time. They even seemed to have let go of the one person whose work we liked the most. A few weeks ago we had a new person. The kitchen sink was fine before she cleaned and after she was done we found large blotches of stains. We called the service as soon as we could. A man came and looked at it. There was no response for some time. When we sent them a text, they replied with all sorts of excuses and refused to take responsibility. Their texts were impolite, condescending and irrelevant. We repeatedly said that there were no stains before, but there were after the cleaning. Their responses continued to consist of presumptuous comments and categorical statements refusing to accept responsibility. The ugly stains are still here in that stainless steel sink and they cannot be washed off. YOU CAN SEE THEM IN THE ATTACHED PICTURE. We will never again use or recommend this service to anyone.

I was assured that our home would be cleaned thoroughly before we moved in. The cleaning was to include windows (inside), appliances inside and outside, counters, floors, bathrooms, etc. The service provider spent 4.5 hours in our UNFURNISHED (completely empty) home. Her idea of clean appeared to be her taking her hand across the surface and if dust did not appear, it was clean. There was old food particles that were still on the surface and dust on parts of the granite counter top. The bathrooms remained unclean as there was still soap scum on the large shower floor and the faucets were not clean. The inside of the drawers were also still dirty as were the top of the toilets. She never cleaned the refrigerator and really only did surface dusting. When I was called for payment before she left, I informed the company that the cleaning was average (as their staff member stood looking while I spoke on her cell phone). Why wouldn't they call me on my phone? They asked did I want her to go back over areas and I said no because I already pointed out those areas twice and they still weren't clean. I told them I would pay online. About 10 minutes after she left I received another call and was able to give them more details about my experience. I was then asked to pay $100 instead of $125. I informed them that I had photos of the spots she missed. I sent a couple of photos at their request and was then asked to pay $50. I paid $50 basically for someone to sweep, mop and clean the windows because those are the only areas I didn't need to clean again.

Two girls arrived on time with supplies to clean my home. They were very professional and worked hard the entire time they were here. They asked for direction and approval upon completion of each floor. They handled challenges (messy office/teenage bedrooms) thoughtfully and logically. They were polite and respectful of my home office situation. I would hire them again.

I like the flexibility of working with the owner and I would highly recommend them.

I recently moved to a much larger home and my previous cleaning co. would not travel the distance to the new home. So I researched new companies and found Agatha at Your Bright Home shortly before I moved in. I wasn't sure of the exact date of the first cleaning, but Agatha and I kept in touch weekly. . She is very easy to deal, calls bk. promptly and tells you exactly what time and who will be coming to your home. The first cleaning was great, so was the second and now the third in spite of a new person is going great too. . I am very happy w/their cleaning methods, very detail oriented, very careful w/breakables, quiet while in your home (since I am working in my home office) and most of all professional. Agatha will call to ck. to see that they have arrived and she is very easy to work with when a change in the time or date has to be accomodated. . Overall I am quite happy with this service and look forward to employing for many years to come. . Agatha and her staff are wonderful and treat my home like it was their very home. .

Everything is cleaned as requested and then some! Your Bright Home does all the work in three bedrooms, a kitchen/living/dining open space plus 4 bathrooms, a music studio and entertainment room. Their work takes crae of all vacuuming, dusting, tile cleaning, counter tops, ceiling fans, etc.

I didn't expect good things. I called and set a date. I was told Alana would be my cleaning person. I have to say, my personal choice, when given one, is to have a team come and it goes so much faster. But they were sending one person and just dealt with that. She was on time, with her own cleaning supplies. She didn't just walk in; she waited for me to answer the door. Amazing. She was nice and polite and cooed at the bunnies. And she did a Great Job! I did catch one cobweb later, but I'm not sure the spiders didn't work really fast after she left because the rest of the house was immaculate. And I didn't mind having someone in the house for so long. She was quiet (as quiet as anyone with a vacuum can be) and I barely knew she was there. I think I may have found my regular people.

The cleaners were on time and professional. They did a nice job with the interior windows and the bathrooms. I thought the floors and vacuuming were average.

I have used YBH's "move out" cleaning service and their regular housecleaning service. Both times we were very satisfied with the results! The cleaning ladies paid attention to detail. I love how their "move out" cleaning included the refridgerator, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom cabinets. I have already booked them for a "move-in" cleaning in a couple months!
