Steve was amazing. The work was flawless and both our home theater and outside patio area is spot on for sound. So the work was awesome. On top of that, Steve was extremely professional, priced very competitively and punctual. He also recommend stuff we could look to add in the future but did not force or strong arm me into doing it now. He is awesome. My sister is a realtor and was here when he installed. She was so impressed she asked for his contact info for when customers ask her for a great Audio/Visual person or company. I will use Steve again and again as we add mote to our home.

I had Steve come in prior to my basement demolition to talk about what I wanted to be done in terms of Home Theater and Living Room options. He gave me a shopping list of what I would need in terms of components as well as options to purchase directly from him. He mentioned he would include the cost of installation materials (wires, wall plates, fasteners, splitters, etc...) in my quote. After agreeing to the scope and price, he returned after demolition to pre-wire everything prior to the drywall coming up. On that same visit, he was also able to wire the home with networking cables which wasn't agreed upon on the initial quote but I was very grateful for. 2 unplanned, separate return trips were required to remedy work done by the general construction team and requirements by the general inspector. Steve obliged and made himself available so as to not delay the overall basement renovation timeline. On the final visit, Steve spent an entire day installing and optimizing all components and walked me through the setup. I'm happy with the experience and end-product. Would hire again. Thanks

This company provides excellent quality work from beginning to end. The owner, Steve, is very professional and careful when it comes to properly and safely wall-mounting TVs of various sizes and weights. He clearly demonstrates his experience with his craft and does a very good job. The cost for getting the work done right with great communication and punctuality make Steve's services a very good value. We've used his company twice now and will continue to do so in the future for any home theater install needs that arise.

I had an older home theater system and some components were no longer working, and an audio receiver that had died on a second system. Steve came over to look at my systems and recommended components that would work with the existing in-ceiling speakers I had. Since the system was older, he also recommended a Sonos system to stream music, podcasts, etc. We had already been using small portable speakers to do that, so we were very interested in something that could connect to our existing speakers. Steve sent a very clear and detailed list of components he recommended for each room, as well as some alternatives for pricing purposes. He is very knowledgeable and quickly answered any questions I had. I bought the components and Steve came promptly as promised and connected everything. He cleaned up many older, messy cables. The system looks and sounds great, and the cables are all nice and neatly tied. I know he can and does do much larger jobs than this, and I was happy he did such a great job with my system!

Working with Steve was great. The moment I reached out via Angie's List he was responsive, gave great suggestions as to an affordable mount, and scheduled work within a matter of days, He also went above and beyond in helping to remove a very difficult floating mantle. The TV looks great now and Steve did a great job at a great price. Highly recommended.

He left me hanging with a bad HDMI balun, which was recommended by him. I didn’t saw any review for the product but still went ahead. The product ElementZ looses video after an hour or so. To replace the product with a new Balun, he was charging me $550 again, and when I questioned him about the price, he just stopped communicating. I had to find someone else to replace the bad Balun.

Steve was great throughout the entire process. He is VERY responsive which sets him apart from all the other installers. He was very quick to answer any detailed questions I have about the install and equipment needed to complete the job. After the initial consultation, he gave us a very detailed report of our options and prices which were very competitive. The day of the job, he arrived right on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. Very clean and placed the TV's perfectly. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone and will be using him in the future for all my TV and stereo needs.

Awesome and courteous professionalism. Steve came earlier than scheduled, explained the mounting process, aligned the TV to my line of vision, instructed me on adjusting the TV angle and when finished, instructed me on how to access additional features such as Netflix, Amazon and my blueray DVD. His fee for the whole process is beyond reproach. After the Installation I had some questions which were promptly addressed. I highly recommend Steve for any Home Theater need. Steve was great. He provided a customized recommendation on a great stereo system and completed a full installation of our TV and equipment. In addition to the surround sound for the TV, we also had wired speakers throughout the house that needed to also be connected into the receiver for the TV. Steve was always very prompt with his communication. He was extremely professional and very easy to work with. His quality of work is great. I would highly recommend him for anything related to TV mounting, electronics installations, etc.

I emailed Williams Home Theater last week and after amazing, helpful, attentive communication about recommended mounting brackets, and help with planning the order of remodeling work to be done, deciding to have painting done before the TV goes up and having the TV be the last thing to get done, I was finally ready. Steve came out yesterday afternoon, working with my schedule, and got right to work. He answered all of my concerns and requests, and asked his own to make sure everything got installed exactly the way I wanted. The TV is now on the wall, all wires are totally hidden, and everything is setup and working. I love it! Thanks for all of your help Steve!

The install went great. Steve was on time, friendly and very professional. He answered all of our questions and made sure he provided everything we needed. He mounted the TV quickly, cleanly, and it looks amazing. Steve was so knowledgeable, and communicated throughout the visit so well. Williams Home Theater was at my house for a few hours this morning and were excellent. They mounted 3 TVs for me and setup all my video and internet equipment. Their service was incredible all around, and I was particularly pleased with how friendly and respectful they were, and how clean. They wore foot booties, cleaned up dust when they were done, and kept everything so clean while they worked. I'm a very happy customer and plan to highly recommend every chance I get.

I called Williams Home Theater today in need of quick help. Their office is across the street from me and I've heard great things around the neighborhood. Steve was able to come by this evening in little notice and just left the house. He mounted my TV, ran all the wires hidden in the wall, and setup my cable box and XBOX in no time at all. Super efficient, great work, super friendly and willing to help on a time crunch. Great company!

Williams Home Theater was excellent. They were on time, had great prices, the work was done super quickly and efficient, and the installer Steve was incredibly knowledgeable. He answered a barrage of questions from my wife and I, gave great suggestions and recommendations, and really helped us not just mount both TVs, but design our living room and entertainment area. He also setup and secured a new wifi network to help us with internet coverage. I look forward to having them come out again for more work when we're ready to do a large audio system. Williams Home Theater is by far and away the best company I have ever hired to do anything around our home. Steve answered the phone on the first ring when I called to inquire about mounting a flat screen TV above our fireplace. He was professional and offered suggestions to issues we were having with our WI-FI service as well. He showed up to the consultation appointment on time. He e-mailed me immediately after the consultation with an outline of the project and included links to products he recommended. Steve showed up early on the date of the appointment and worked quickly. He hustles, which is a rarity these days. In the end, the job exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the outcome, and will contact Steve again in the future should the need arise.

I needed the work done quickly and the provider was able to make time in their schedule that day to come over, evaluate, give me estimate and then get the work completed all in a probably 8 hour turn around.

Steve did a great job. My walls are plaster, not drywall, so hanging anything on them can be very difficult. Steve was able to mount the bracket and tv with no problem. He was on time, very professional, and very efficient. Steve even installed a cable cover to hide the tv wires.

I've been doing major remodeling during the last year and Steve turned out to be one of the best people I hired. He arrived on time and went right to work. There were a few snags, as usual, but he handled everything like a true professional and solved the problems quickly and cheaply. Steve did a great job moving my complex home theater system to my new house and integrating some new components. He helped me cut the cord and I love it! He set me up with a Tivo Roamio for over the air broadcast tv plus Chromecast for streaming from my phone. He setup my router, hung up my TV. He also researched and recommended great, low-cost in-ceiling speakers and remote. He installed the speakers flawlessly and my wife appreciated how clean the install went.
