The staff is really good. They got my dishwasher fixed, and I had a wonderful experience with them.
Description of Work: My dishwasher is well over 10 years old. They got the parts for it. It wasn't responding to the button being pushed.

I paid $200 dollars for the extended warranty on this product. They will not fix it or replace the unit for me. I think it is defective and they just don t want to give me a new one. I even showed him the clothes that it tore and he was like the washer works fine. How stupid is that? Whirlpool said that they would replace the unit if the service tech would sign off on it, but the service tech would not. They said that I could hire someone else to fix it but if he said that it was fine too than they would not pay for it. Nothing has been done to the washer at this point. It is still is eating my clothes.
Description of Work: My washer that I purchased from them was snagging my cloths so I called them to fix the problem. I have an extended warranty for this service.
