My experience was quick, affordable, and painless. Exactly what I want from asbestos testing.

Hike was very responsive to my request. He came on time at the scheduled appointment. He his service was more extensive than the others that I contacted also from Home Advisor. He was a little more expensive but he was also more thorough and gave me certified reports which the other companies were not going to be able to do.

Nice guy and prompt, but he wants you to pay before services are rendered, which is really weird. He sends an invoice after you pay. You receive a lab report but it was hard to read so you have to just hope he interpreted it correctly.

Michael was great. Was quick to survey, provide quote and get the work done. Never dealt with asbestos before and he handled everything.

The owner was very quick to respond and showed up within a hour. He preformed the testing and we received our results. Our complaint is, he was more than DOUBLE the price of 4 other companies! After calling the other companies I found out they would’ve provided exactly the same services and paperwork required. Unfortunately, Weber Group Management was the first to contact me and because we were panicked and new to this issue we booked him first. He was very nice but due to the cost vs Service unfortunately we wouldn’t use him again.

Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, flexible and just a nice guy. He arrived on time, got the sample and gave me a timeframe in which to expect the results. He lived up to his word and the results were provided on time as promised. I will recommend him to anyone needing these services.

I called about 6 different certified lead risk assessors in the Chicago Area, Weber Group Management, Inc. (Specifically Michael Herman who conducted the assessment) had the best rate. He had swift return on final report, was easy to get in touch with and very responsive/understanding with all of our questions.

They were very affordable and very honest, told me how long he has been in the business, he reassured me that I would be greatly taken care of. he was very timely with information and the work quality was phenominal. he was very comforting and understanding,considering the other things i had going on at the time.

We got 2 quotes on testing asbestos. Apparently everyone charges $25 for each sample tested but the biggest difference was what they charged for their time to come to our home and collect samples. Weber was $150 less than the other company we called so we hired them right away. They made an appointment to collect the sample later that same day and had the results the following morning. Received the results and invoice via email again same day and everything went really smoothly. Highly recommend.
