Val is a dream to work with! I needed help updating my kitchen and didn’t know where to start. Val created a beautiful mood board and made recommendations that were exactly what I wanted. The paint color is gorgeous! The furniture and hardware were right in line with my aesthetic and flow beautifully with the rest of the house. World class service! I am definitely going with Val for my next project. She is super knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I highly recommend Valerie as she helped develop a design that met the comfort and requirements of a new room with the functionality and beauty that we were hoping to achieve. Using colors, wall coverings, furnishings, and accessories, it provided a cohesive design that was complementary to our style and accentuated the outdoor view from our dining/family room. She was detailed oriented on gathering our style and needs in developing the overall design to elevate the beauty and functionality of the room.

It is hard to know where to start when reflecting on our absolutely OUTSTANDING experience in working with Val. First, I should say that my partner and I were quite apprehensive about hiring a designer. We tend to have fairly specific tastes and worried that we would end up paying someone, but in the end, just doing the work ourselves. Then we met Val. What was clear from the start is that Val was there to help us design our home in the way that WE wanted. There was a simple, straightforward, streamlined process to get a sense of our tastes, and after we completed this process, the degree to which Val got our aesthetic blew our minds. Val presented us with a small handful of options for the various furnishings we were looking for, and there were always 1-2 options that were PERFECT. This made our meetings both incredibly efficient and super exciting. Not only did she choose items that perfectly fit within our aesthetic preferences, but they also exposed us to new ideas and designs that we liked better than anything we would have ever chosen for ourselves. Val possesses a perfect balance between deference and opinionatedness and was able to gently coach us through our decision-making process while always making sure we felt heard. And all along the way, she was clear and transparent (and accurate!) about cost, availability, and timeline for all of the items we were interested in, which helped us plan and budget throughout the process. Anytime we had a question, we could call, write, or text, and we would have a response usually within an hour, and always the same day. Thanks to Val, and the thought and care she put into helping us design our space. I have worked with several professionals on various home projects over the years, and I can say that hands down, Val has been the most professional, reliable, and skilled with whom I have ever worked. I cannot recommend them Val enough.
