Everything went smoothly

They knew their stuff. They knew what we needed done and did it. Very courteous and friendly. On time, responsive and they are reliable.

Myron was very responsive and helpful. It ended up costing a bit more than it might have with some services because he did not have to take an animal and he charges a flat fee whether he finds an animal or not, but I felt very good about the experience.

Having read some good reviews by other Angie's List users, we called their listed number and got a recorded message, which offered to page someone from the company. We left our home number and waited for two days, but no one got back to us. We then called the same number and left a detailed voice message about what we needed and our home phone number again. That was at least a week ago. We haven't heard from them.

What Myron does is not a service, it is a calling. I imagine that it is sometimes (or mostly) not pretty but he is so "into" it and I am grateful for his help. We had birds nesting in the duct from our kitchen exhaust fan and I don't know of anything grosser than a critter scratching away over head! He removed them, their nest and cleaned out the duct. We had an odd size opening (rectangular, not round) so we provided the louver cover which he installed (got it from another company). Myron was a little late because he had a "skunk emergency" on the Saturday morning of our appointment. We were thankful that we were not the one with the skunk problem (and the extra hour was worth the wait!)

If it was possible to give a company an A+, Urban Wildlife Response would qualify. After getting stood up by another company who had promised to be out on a Friday morning to remove this dead animal, and having another company indicate they could come out in 2 weeks, I called Myron at Wildlife Response. He answered the phone immediately and was professional and pleasant on the phone. He conveyed great empathy for our situation (let me tell you, a full grown dead raccoon under your deck in the summer does not smell great), and said he would call the next morning about scheduling to come out to do the removal. Unfortunately, this was the weekend of the record setting rainfall in the Chicago area, which didn't allow for the removal to happen on the weekend, but Myron still called Saturday and Sunday to keep in touch and to keep the process going in terms of of getting this job scheduled. Myron came out first thing Monday morning, removed deck boards, bagged the critter carcass, and disinfected under our deck. Again, he was pleasant and professional to work with; we would highly recommend him for animal issues you may be dealing with.

No one else was able to get them out of my home. He kept at it and got it taken care of. I recommended him to others.

Myron came out on time advised me of his course of action and ended up catching 8-9 squirrels in all. Then he properly sealed the hole and also advised me of a tree that may have been causing me some of the problems in that it was very close to the roof. He also checked the entire building for other points of entry.

Myron was great. He was very responsive to telephone calls, came out when he said he would, did a great job and kept the cost of the job to what he originally estimated. And the subterranean fence is working; no more critter holes!

Myron returned my initial phone call within the hour. We discussed my problem, his services and costs, and I agreed to contract him. I can only say if anyone has an animal removal problem like I did, Myron Graves is the person you want handling the situation. He was so reliable and thorough. He knows what he is doing. He is reachable by phone, and even encouraged me to call early in the morning, the earlier the better for him. He always showed up to check the cage, even without me calling him. Once the skunk was caught, Myron came out (on a Sunday morning), and expertly removed it from my property - no spraying or smell involved at all - again testimony to the fact that Myron is a professional in this business. Myron also offered (but no hard-sell) to install heavy-duty wiring all along my garage so it would be virtually impossible for any other critters to burrow underneath it. There is an extra cost for this service, but it is very reasonable, in my opinion. That work was done, and with care for my shrubs that faced the garage. I am more than pleased with everything Myron has done for me and my home. If everyone in the service industry was as professional, courteous, and conscientious as Myron, it might just put Angie's List out of business. If I ever have another animal problem, I won't hesitate to call Myron. I highly recommend him.

Myron was the second person we had hired to handle our critter problem. I can't possibly say enough good things about him. He is professional, prompt, thorough, and his pricing is up-front and fair. We had a very determined squirrel who hid in our roof for a week rather than come out through a trap; it wound up being sealed in the house and Myron came back the next day in a snowstorm to take and re-open the hole. It took days to catch that last super-squirrel (it really was freakishly smart) and he didn't charge us. I wish everyone I worked with was as business-like, skilled and honest.

I called Urban Wildlife Response and left a message regarding squirrels in our attic. After two days and three more calls, Mr. Graves called me back. We discussed our problem and he gave me pricing information, and then indicated that he would have to call me back as he was on a job at that moment. I called him and left messages everyday for a week, as well as sending emails, and have not received any response.

Myron is beyond professional. He takes a lot of pride in doing things right and making sure you are happy. He was the best priced. The only one who would assist with patching covering holes and the most thorough. I am so glad I picked him out of the long list of companies (and believe me I called a lot of them.) In fact, Myron just left---several months after doing the job because I thought I heard a squirrel again. No charge. If all people worked as hard as he does....

Myron set traps for approximately three weeks and diligently came back every three days to refresh the skunk bait. Although we caught a raccoon the first night (a possibility that Myron mentioned to us), we were not able to catch the skunks. Myron charged $150 to set two traps and refresh the bait every few days. He also charged $40 for humane removal of the raccoon. He has also promised to come back within 45 days for free if the skunks make an appearance again. Myron is honest and a pleasure to work with!

One day my wife heard noises in the fallen leaves between our house and the neighbors. I looked outside and there was a huge, nasty, ugly, infectious possum just staring up at me like I had disturbed HIS wife! I told my wife it was a cat. Then I plotted its destruction. It HAD to go. If my wife caught sight of it I would be escorting her from the garage to the house until we moved. I saw it several times after that, once it was sitting in my neighbors small Peachtree in the moonlight, moving with glacier-like speed, and drooling like an idiot! This went on for months. Finally I called Myron. He came out the next day and pronounced my neighbors backyard, "Possum Heaven." He set two traps and confirmed that the possum wasn't in my attic - I was sure it had found a way in through a gap in my shingles. The next morning the possum was trapped and within an hour of my calling him, Myron was there to remove it. Myron convinced me I was wasting my money paying him to close off the small gap.

Myron was well informed, professional and friendly. He obviously loves his work and knows what he was doing. He returned my calls promptly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was very thoughtful and thorough. We would definitely use his services again if needed.

Great service. Came quickly, explained the process to us, placed traps, caught mama squirrel (babies had already grown and left), watched to be sure all were out, then removed traps and securely patched entry they had made. Myron was very attentive - came out on five separate occasions to check traps. We will definitely call them again if the squirrels find another way in!

Called Myron who was very easy to deal with. He outlined cost to correct problem as described by me. I set up an appointment. He arrived promptly as scheduled. He set up three traps on Monday Oct 9 and three possums were captured and relocated by Sat 14th. I was very pleased with the experience and would call him again if need be.

A perfect job. Highly recommended. Myron showed up on time. He went above and beyond in every respect. For example, he removed three steps to really get all of the debris where I am confident a lesser worker would've removed just one. He got rid of everything and cleaned up well. On top of this, his work was cheap compared to everyone else. Others wanted to charge $150/hour or more for this work. Myron charged $150/flat for the job, and it took him around two hours. He was polite, smart, and nice. If you need animal removal work, look no further.
