Unico Home Remodeling

Unico was great to work with. Consulted with us every step of the way. We have an older home, so some issues came up once the walls were opened up. But they told us our options. They were neat and cleaned up every night. Ran a little over on schedule and budget, but demolition was more than expected. Would definitely hire them again, and highly recommend their craftmanship. Their greatest advantage, they only work on one job at a time, no scheduling issues.

Work was done very professionally and extremely cleanly. No mess was left whatsoever.

I would highly recommend Unico Remodeling. They are reasonably priced and do excellent work. They clean up every day, so even with big projects the house is still "livable" at the end of the day. Miguel pays close attention to detail. I completely trust them in my home. I use them for big projects and small. Highly recommend Miguel!

As usual Miquel Luna arrived at tbe pre-arranged time.. We discussed the job I required .Miquel gave me advice and spent the time to ensure we were on the same page as to what was to be done and what the cost would be. . Miquel has taken care of my brick 100 year old Lakeview three flat since 1994. We have an agreement that he will turn up immediately in case of emergencies. Regarding other jobs Miquel gives me an estimated time for the start date and he keeps the schedule as agreed. My tenants contact Miquel directly and he has an excellent relationship with them. He has the keys to the building and we trust him. Following are some of the larger job he has done for the building Remodeled the 3 apartments including flooring (vinyl and hardwood) and bathrooms, Stripped all wood in 2 apartment s Painted and caulked outside windows which lasted over 15 years Installed 2 furnaces and waterheaters Installed 2 large windows and several smaller ones. Keeps apartments painted under short time constraints. In a few words he is a true professional with a great attitude and I am very grateful to him.

Miguel has made emergency calls to my home, in addition to many other services. When you just have one bathroom, it's wonderful someone will come out at 8:30 in the evening.. I've never had a problem with any of his work. I will definitely continue to use in in the future.

He did a wonderful job, and he cleaned up after himself. Miguel is hard-working, very honest, and does a great job in a timely fashion.
