Representative came to do assessment - but, never got back to me with estimate or to schedule work

Owner and workers arrived at scheduled time. I discussed work with owner, who answered all my questions. Workers were very efficient, pleasant and thorough. Cleaning of 50+ windows and screens accomplished in under three hours. Very pleased with results, and will hire again.

They were good and fast and affordable too.

Contacted Twice as Brite on May 22 via email. Received a quick email back stating "thank you for your request. With it being on the 4th floor would need to take a look, will see if I can see on Google maps. Is this something you need done within the next 3 to 4 weeks as we are booked until then?" I replied that 3-4 weeks would be fine. Did not hear from him so called, said he would check out google and get back to me, no reply, called again, said he would check out google and get back to me, no reply, called again, said he would check out google and get back to me, no reply. I have been with Angie's List for many years and have never experienced a situation like this. Very disappointing!

Sean and his crew were great. They were meticulous and did a fantastic job. They worked efficiently and kept things totally neat as they went along, and left things just as they were when they started. Unlike many contractor types, Sean is a great communicator. I live in Wrigleyville and neither of us realized that the Cubs were in town (i.e. there was no parking for his van) so we rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 8:00 AM. He sent a text in the morning saying he'd be a little late. No problem! As long as I'm not left hanging around waiting, that is just fine with me. We have a lot of windows on our building and many of them hadn't been washed for at least a year. They are so bright now! I will definitely be using Twice as Brite for our regular window washing in the future.

The windows turned out amazing and had some really bad stuff on them. The sealant had been on for 7 years and pretty much had to be scraped off with a razor blade on each window. Sean had great communication with me to keep me informed of the progress and when he expected to be done. You will not be disappointed with Twice as Brite. They do an outstanding job.

Sean and his crew were great. I have a large single family home. They were meticulous about cleaning the windows and power washing the house. Sean power washes the house the right way by getting up on ladders so that he can get every nook and cranny. I have a yellow house and it looks great after they are done. They are extremely polite and friendly and are very careful to place the window blinds and any furniture that had to be moved back to their original locations. They are very hard working and are the only ones I would trust in my home. I have had a number of window cleaners over the years and these guys are the best! This is the fourth year in a row I have used Twice As Brite and I am glad to see that they are now on Angie's List so that I can spread the word and help out this reliable businessman.
