Turo was very responsive during the initial bid process and did a very thorough job of inspecting our property and providing recommendations on improvements to the gutter system. He detailed all elements in a written proposal and was very clear in explaining his process. We are very pleased with the final product and are looking forward to the next heavy rain to see the results of the new system.

They came out for an estimate. The pricing was totally reasonable for gutter cleaning and replacement of a ruptured collapsed downspout. The weather was cooperative. There and then. I decided to proceed. It was all done in 2+ hours, with a nice clean up of all the gunk from the gutters. They were hard working, industrious, efficient and got the job DONE. He took pictures of some at risk gutter areas and aging shingles while he was up 2+ stories. He did not try to aggressively upsell or incite homeowner fears. He texted me all said photos for review. I would readily hire their services for other home tasks. They do painting, window washing, odd jobs, etc. A most excellent consumer experience. I am delighted!

It was a very easy process and they were able to get the color we wanted and they also patched up house a squirrel damaged, I did not expect him to do and he did it. After that he asked if we were having exterior painting done on the house and he did that kind of work too, so we hired him for that as well.

Responded immediately to initial request. Advised I had a problem that had not been solved by others (leak from roof at junction). He felt he identified the problem and solved it. The problem was improved but not eradicated. Turo was notified. Came out with others to look and said would return to check with a hose check. Did not return. Texted frequently, answered only much persistence, I suggested a solution which he agreed to implement. Asked him to come out but again didn't respond. Finally was able to schedule him. But I decided to do it myself given additional costs. Overall, I felt he was very competent and immediately initially responded. For this reason, for a routine job I would hire. Rated downward for poor follow through.
