The workers arrived on time, and did an excellent job installing oversized downspouts. They also cleaned the gutters, and performed minor repairs on them. Washed the outside of the gutters, too. Initially things started out great. It took us longer to complete the project due to my work travels and weather. Gutters were not measured to correct length. I said I wanted screens as well but he didn't have them at the time of install. Had to come back. I was misquoted. Didn't want to deal with me towards the end and kept on asking my husband if I will be home or him.

He came immediately because he was in the neighborhood. He fixed the problem quickly and knew what he was doing. He charged the same as other quotes I got. I will hire him again for gutters or roofing.

I had a downspout that needed to be replaced but because of power lines being very close, several other companies came out and refused to do the work. Turo came out the day I contacted him. My house is under contract and the buyers' inspection report noted problems with the gutters, lack of flashing, etc. Turo got right up on the roof and checked everything out. Cleared a blocked drain pipe and reattached its bracket. Reassured me everything was fine, my gutter system has never had or needed flashing (one more thing discrediting inspection report!) , and wrote me a detailed receipt I can use to respond to buyers. All for a very reasonable charge. I would hire him again, except that I'm moving out of this old house to a condo where gutters will not be my problem!
