Just because I am an elderly woman, they took advantageof my lack of knowledge about water heaters. Never use this company. Even the secretary told me not to go through Angie's list

+ 0 moreI felt it was expensive, but because it was an emergency. They were late.
Description of Work: It was an emergency call for a clogged drain. They ended up removing the old drain system and replacing it. They also used a hydric for the high pressure washing to remove any roots from the sewer pipes.

+ -1 moreThe cleaning lasted 2 1/2 days. Subsequent contacts were stressful and very time-consuming. We had problems reaching the company; the phone was malfunctioning and an e-mail finally elicited a call from the office. Between the office and the plumber we were told the 7/26/16 follow-up was a one-time deal. The owner finally returning our call, and very emphatically tried to up-sell to a jet cleaning because of grease in the drain. The calls on 8/1/16 lasted around 50 minutes. The owner Mickey finally agreed to send someone out if we agreed to the following: The 8/2/16 invoice stated "Rodded line out if line where to back up again we would have to jet the line would be $464. No warranty form here on out". Not withstanding the written 9/8/15 bill stating "2 yr guarantee on Rodding". And there was no grease. So much for warranties.
Description of Work: Our kitchen drain was clogged, and we purchased an Angies list $49 voucher for $100 credit for service in August, 2015. When the crew arrived we were offered an option for a lighter auger with no guarantee, or a larger auger with a 2 year guarantee. We chose the guarantee and a more thorough cleaning. In July, 2016 the sink was backed up and we called for service. A crew showed up 7/26/16 with an inexperienced assistant who had problems with the light auger, not the larger one originally used.
