Topiarius Inc

I have a landscaping company that does my gardening throughout the year. I used Topiarius Inc. It cost $4000. It's for the whole year. They do the landscaping for the whole year. They were here about a month ago in February of 2017. The price is average as the other companies. They have very good quality. They do plantings four times a year and they're always gorgeous.

Craig is knowledgeable and talented. He is also very busy and expensive. We wanted to create a new garden that would be low maintenance and which he would service. The first bid was twice the cost of a competitors so I asked him to rebid the design. Craig did but when it came to installation Craig made the garden much larger than agreed upon and when I complained he fixed it immediately. My major issue was that he really does not want to maintain his installations. I thought we were very clear I wanted to hire a firm that would do all of the maintenance. So when I finally got him to bid on the cost of return service it was $250 per visit. Also twice the cost of the competitor. I hired him none the less to give it try in the fall. When the crew trimmed plants that we agreed to leave alone for winter decoration I had enough. I think the company has good pricey designs but weak follow up and attention to detail. I think he only cares about high end installations.

Craig visited our condo in order to give us a free quote on landscaping. His service was friendly, competent and creative. Due to scheduling issues we decided to work with another contractor; however, we would contact Craig with additional projects in the future.
