Everyone I dealt with at titan builders with professional and very accommodating. They wanted to do the best job they possibly could and they did. It was awesome.

We recently used Titan Builders for a second time, this time on a complete master bathroom remodel. We had a great experience previously on a kitchen remodel, so the choice was somewhat easy to go with Titan and Michael Dreier. And once again we were fortunate to have Robert as the crew leader. Robert knows his stuff, is very professional, and provides great ideas to raise your plans up a notch in quality and look. In the job, Titan demoed the old tiny shower, a jetted tub we never used, vanity, tile, toilet, the works. We went with their suggestion of a glass wall shower and picked up out the vanity, tile, and other pieces from places they recommended. They worked efficiently day by day, protected other parts of our unit from damage, and kept the area clean as they worked. The price for the remodel was fair, and the finished bathroom is just what we wanted plus a little more thanks to Michael, Robert, and his crew.

Titan tripled my cabinet space while making my kitchen feel bigger and airier. They replaced the floor, moved the sink, installed a dishwasher, new lighting, countertops and ventilation. They payed attention to detail, made helpful suggestions, and exceeded my expectations. Finished on time and within budget.

Mike followed up with an issue that I had on a project completed last year and the situation was rectified quickly.

I needed an expert to do quality work, which is all I knew about remodeling my kitchen. I needed someone to just do it and do it well. My project started rather abruptly one morning, when the kitchen cabinets simply fell off the wall! Suddenly, I needed my kitchen remodel dreams to happen sooner than later. My condo is in a 1920â s style walk-up, the kind that requires a professional who is familiar with the Chicagoland vintage building.Titan Builderâ s remodel of my Oak Park, IL, ninety square foot, kitchen included the following: selection, design, construction and installation of white shaker style cabinets, reinstallation of appliances,expanded electrical wiring, recessed ceiling lighting and cabinet lighting, plumbing that actually had to be corrected from previous installation, close attention to wood trim and windowsill, painting the walls and the crown of it all a gorgeous quartz countertop, under mount sink and luxurious marble tiled backsplash.

It’s been about a year since Titan Builders did my kitchen. It has held up well. They did great work in keeping with the promised timeline. I recommend them to people all the time and would use them again.

Mark and Robert did a great job on our new kitchen - we will also be redoing one of our bathrooms with them in the next few weeks!!!

Titan Builders did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel. Mike started off the job with great suggestions on what was possible versus what I initially wanted the end product to be. Not only did they remodel my kitchen, they removed wallpaper and mirrors. The walls were repaired and painted. All baseboards were replaced. Closet doors, lighting and toilets were replaced. The apartment was painted to perfection. I highly recommend Titan Builders and will be hiring them to remold my bathrooms. The crew was prompt every day, clean and great at their jobs. Robert, the project manager, made sure everything was completed to the highest standard. I am so happy that I chose Titan Builders to make my place my home.

Mike, Robert and the entire Titan team were amazing to work with. We originally planned to only renovate our kitchen, not thinking our budget would be able to tackle more. Mike was able to not only complete the kitchen renovation but refinish our hardwood floors, replace our crown molding and base boards, paint the entire first floor and add can lights throughout, all within our budget. Titan Buildes was great to work with on this project. Mike is very attentive and really helped push the project forward. He had great ideas for an improved layout for my space so it would function better. Robert is very detailed-oriented and I always appreciated his direct nature and giving me his feedback during construction on what would work and ideas on how to make the project better. He and his team really worked hard and completing the construction in a timely manner. The end result turned out better than I could have hoped for!

What a stress free process! I had no idea what goes into re doing a kitchen. I was out of my element. Titan was patient with me, explained every step to me and guided me towards the most beautiful kitchen! So impressed with them and now I am going to re do my bathrooms!

Kitchen and bathroom remodel. Tore down walls, moved walls, new doorways and closed off windows. Amazing work quality, easy communication and steady turn around time. Will hire again for my other bathroom and master bathroom remodel next year.

Titan Builders was great. Mike was very flexible with his scheduling. They were able to work around our tenants schedule as well. They made it very easy for my wife and I to make all of our selections. The value was great. The speed and quality of their work was astounding! Our whole kitchen was remodeled in less than two weeks, including the countertops! I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We live in the suburbs, and decided to remodel our condo in the city. It was a daunting thought, living so far from the site, and while we wanted it to be nice, we weren't interested in a huge budget project, just wanted a nice, up to date look. I first interviewed a company I found on the internet, but not very impressed with them. I went on Angies list. I had contact with 4 companies that I thought had the best reviews, but narrowed it down to 2/ Of those 2 I liked Mike the best from the very start. He seemed so knowledgeable, and assured me he knew just what I was looking for. I asked him for references I could talk to, and he willingly supplied them (the other person did too, but not as readily). They were all glowing. Then both companies came in to see my unit and based on everything I decided to go with Mike and Titan Builders, and I am extremely happy that I did. From start to finish Mike and his lead guy Robert guided me through the project, gave me design ideas, and a beautiful finished project. Being that my building is almost 100 years old there were a few hiccups, which Robert dealt with very capably and professionally. I had ordered the appliances through Best Buy, who so totally screwed up my order I thought I was going to lose my mind, but throughout that fiasco Mike stayed totally calm, offered solutions, and kept me calm. They dealt with the condo management, getting all the permissions necessary. Mike and Robert answered every call and email/text in rapid fashion. They came in on budget, and in a timely manner (there were a few delays, but again, not their fault, due to surprise issues from things behind walls you couldn't see initially, and the holidays (Christmas and New Years) falling during the project. I am pleased with every facet of my kitchen, and can't say enough good things about Titan Builders!

Dealing with Ian is like talking with your brother or father. You can tell him most anything and work out whatever needs to be done. When he says I'll get back to you . he does . Both my wife and I were very satisfied by the workmanship and pride taken by all that were involved with our roofing and house project. If you're looking for that guy or that company ? This is the one you should talk to first or last if you like saving the best for last.

Very professional, exceeded expectations and the roof is amazing. Crew took pride in work which is unusual these days. Ian knew his business and always followed through, nice to call someone and they answer. Would strongly recommend to everyone.
