He arrived as scheduled, but it seems like all He did was vacume the furnace. There was a noice in the motor which is now worse and my furnace is not warming up the house. I wonder what kind of service I was given.

John and his team did an amazinng job in every aspect. Their communication was great, every question I asked was answered and they explained everything about the process clearly. They completed the job in less time then they predicted, they worked hard to find ways to hide the ductwork behind the walls, and in closets. They cleaned up after each day and on the last day cleaned up really well before leaving. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail that each of the guys showed. I have had John servicing my furnace and air conditioner for the past 3 years. He is always prompt on the scheduled service days. and explains everything he does during regular servicing and if there any problems, he explains all my options.. My furnace and air condition are about 15 years old, but are still working well thanks to John. I have recommended him to others in the neighborhood.

I scheduled Tiger Heating and Air to do a spring/summer check-up on my air conditioning unit. On the day of my appointment, John from Tiger called to let me know what his time of arrival was going to be. The service went well. He was thorough and also informed me that because my unit is older, I may see an increase in my bills this Summer. He also gave me pointers on prolonging the life of my unit. I would definitely use his service again and plan to schedule him for my fall inspection.

We researched and got a total of 4 estimates before we chose Tiger Heating & Air. John the owner provided us with the estimate and was there to help with the installation.This was a big job, the installation took 2 days. He secured a permit prior to starting the job. They arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the old units. I would definitely use John again and recommend him to others.
