Description of Work: They come every other week to clean. They Text the night before to confirm and set a time. They will do extra/ different things if and when you need them to. They are great!

Description of Work: I asked them to wash walls and baseboards. They did a good job but were very slow. Given that there were 3 ladies, they should have been able to get more done than they did. However, what they did do was clean.

Description of Work: A 2-3 person crew cleaned my 3 story home. All cleaners are polite, punctual, and hard working. Some crew members do a more thorough and detailed cleaning than others. Overall, however, their work is very good.

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning the house- priority areas were bathrooms, windows, kitchen, floor. Very thorough job! The house needed good cleaning after an extended stay by family members. I have used them a few times now and each time they come, they do a great job. All the ladies who have come have been professional and polite.

Description of Work: I saw the deal on Angie's List. I called the company to see if they were available today on Thursday Aug 22nd, they said on the phone they were. I then ordered the deal and paid for it, however in the email and phone communications it looks like Three Marias was NOT able to provide cleaning for today. This caused the request for the refund.

Description of Work: I am disappointed that they would not honor the offer as I might have contracted w/them in the future to clean the interior common stairways of my building. Their ad should have been more specific regarding limitations of their service. However they were very cordial when I called to schedule service and the owner, Maria Czyz, called me directly to apologize for the misunderstanding. Based on how I was treated I will give them full consideration if I need their services in the future.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's list special deal and was delightfully surprised at how available they made their services. I was in a pinch with a large one-floor condo space with a large front room, large dining room and medium sized kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths that had not seen a dust mop or wipe in approximately two months, and I have a four-year old and a shedding dog. Three Marias did floors, two humongous bookshelves that I requested be done by removing all books and wiping everything off, kitchen till it gleamed, cleaned the ceiling fans and did an overall dusting and cleaning that was of the highest quality. They explained beforehand that they may not get to the rugs, which I had rolled up so the wood floors would get a total cleaning due to time constraints. Since they had agreed to come two days after I called the very first time and have just fit me in for the last seven hours with the same lack of warning, I completely understood and appreciated their ability to size up a job and their honesty I stayed here because I wanted to organize my child's toys at the same time. They worked around me, around my dog and worked very hard and diligently the entire time. I am adding two hours at the normal rate of $22. per one man hour. The cleaners were on time, courteous, diligent, and my house was beautifully clean. I will use them again and again.
