I have used this service twice before to clean my elderly relatives apartments. Every time it has been a hassle from the scheduling to the cleaning products and the communication barrier between the workers. Cleaning Products: The first appointment, I supplied the cleaning products and was shocked that a brand new bottle of spray beach is gone and I chalk it up to maybe a worker spilled it..no big deal. The next appointment, when they cleaned the downstairs apartment, the same thing. So, on the this 3rd time, when I went to schedule the appointment with Maria, she says if I do not supply the products, she will charge me. I ask how much? She doesn't know, so I ask for a range "Is it going to be 10.00 more or $50.00 more?" Again, she could not tell me. Maria gets obviously offended when I question this business practice and goes on an on about it. I told her that I would go out and buy the products that were low (since her workers used almost all of it the last time they cleaned) and "please, can we move on". Obviously, she was not letting that go, I had to ask her three times "please, can we move on." Normally, I would have ended the business relationship right then and there, but I already had paid for it, used them before and told my told my elderly relatives that the cleaning people were on their way. Scheduling: I gave the owner quite a bit of leeway and tell the owner it has to be in the afternoon on either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and she says "OK, I'll send you a text over the weekend." She sends me a text on Sunday and says she can do first thing in the morning. I send a text back and tell her I can meet her at my parents house at 2pm, and I do not get a response. I, not being sure Monday morning, send Maria another text at 11:30 am, and again, no response. I get a text from the workers and they are on the door step, 1hr and 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. When I go to reschedule, I text Maria back and she says they were already there. I, being confused, call her and she says that most people would pay her for the time, and it is her day off and that I should call her Monday. I call her the next week and leave 2 messages with no response. I text her and ask her when she can come and she sends back an inappropriate response, in all capital letters, which means she is yelling at me! I guess her business is thriving doesn't need any more business.

The cleaning service brought 3 workers who were very fast, efficient, and independent. They cleaned the baseboards, the stove, the refrigerator, and blinds.

The home is empty and just needs a once over since the new paint has been done. The provider states they do not do this type of service. We just wanted floors cleaned, window sills dusted, and a bathroom cleaned as well.

We had few phone calls and taxed conversation about setting up appointment. She sounded very busy and saying that I should have contacted them before buying a big deal so that she can give me possible available date. So I wanted her to come my town home in Chicago some time mid of March.. Couple days later, she contacted me to set up schedule so I asked her to give me deep cleaning a one bedroom condo with heavy cleaning in Kitchen. I said that tenant left Kitchen messy that I need deep cleaning since i changed carpet, bathtub and sink. She need to focus on Kitchen, I think, that deep cleaning word got her scared. She kept asking how heavy work is required and whether I would provide cleaning materials. If not, she is going to charge me extra for the materials. Wondering whether she knows how much work can her staff to do within 4 hours and what is deep cleaning. It is misleading saying it is big deal but don't want to provide services. Absolutely unprofessional act from the service provider. If anyone to buy big deal from Angies's list, have to think whether this company is reliable or not.

Purchased $105 for 4hrs of deep cleaning Angie's List coupon. Maria was great, kept in frequent contact and available and happy to communicate after hours which was a huge help to coordinate with my work schedule. Was able to schedule service with only 2-3 day notice. The morning of the service, one of her employees had their car stolen and Maria kept in constant communication throughout the day to still make sure that she was able to get someone out that day despite the debacle. She ended up sending 3 employees out by the afternoon and they got to work immediately. Did a much more thorough job than any cleaning service we have had in the past. Very happy with our experience.

The ladies cleaned our home like we clean our home! They asked what we wanted and they did exactly what we asked them to do and did it wonderfully! Plan to have them come on a regular basis due to satisfaction with the service performed.

It was fine. They did a really deep clean, they did really well. They got everything done about my kitchen. It was great if you're looking for a deep clean. I was really happy with what they did but I was just looking for something really different. They were fine and I didn't have any problem. There was an issue about them that they weren't being told from Angie's List that I paid and they were actually very reasonable dealing with that. They were also good about contacting and they were very responsive. They were also on time.

It was wonderful. They were extremely personable and very professional and courteous. We hired them a second time.

two gals came in for two hours and my house was pretty dirty and when they left it smelled nice and clean and the dust bunnies were gone. They were there right on time and worked the whole time.

They were incredible; showed up on time. While my house was "tidy" it was pretty dirty. I knew it was going to take longer than the 4 hours I purchased (it took them 2 hours-2 person crew and there was still more to do. These ladies worked hard! Love!

We love Three Marias! Four months ago, I first scheduled Three Marias after reading reviews on Angie's List and I'm so glad we did! My husband and I have always done our own house cleaning, but we were having a home visit while going through the adoption process and wanted to get a professional cleaning. Scheduling was easy, the staff was very friendly, and they took the care to look at every last detail from cleaning light fixtures to washing blinds. Our house was sparkling for the visit! They did such an excellent job that we started using Three Marias every other week. They are very flexible in scheduling and as a busy working couple, I love that I can confirm and schedule via text message. The staff continually does an excellent job and everyone who has come has always been very sweet and professional. The service is also very reasonably priced and I always know upfront what I'm paying. Happy to report that we brought home our newborn baby this month so the cleaning must have done the trick! Quite frankly, Three Marias has changed our quality of life - the time I save in house cleaning is valuable time I can spend with my family and it's one of the best investments I've made in a long time. I highly recommend Three Marias. They are very trustworthy, consistent, hardworking and worth the price.

We can't get the work scheduled. There is a conflict in scheduling completly.

I've used Three Marias for the past two years after having a baby, first every other week than every third week. I've found the service to be thorough, trustworthy, well-priced and with good communication from Maria (the owner). We are not home when the cleaners come but we have never had any issue with security. The cleaners do a good job with cleaning the floors, kitchen countertops, dusting throughout the unit, changing bed linens and straightening toys, books and other things around our unit. I think they are well-priced and have recommended them consistently to friends and other parents. I would use them again, no question.

Overall, the cleaning went well. I would use them again. They were nice and very accommodating. I was a bit surprised that they did not bring any supplies, so the cost was all for labor only-- extra charges for supplies they would need to use. Also, they were very picky about which products they would use. I understand they may have favorite products, but if the customer does not have them then use what they have without so much "oooh nooo... can't use that" type of feedback. These were standard brand name household cleaning supplies from Target, nothing hazardous. Anyhow, I did have to request they go over the shower floor lining and the hood vent to remove grease and dust. They did it after a bit of pressing from me. Nevertheless, they were overall very nice ladies and they worked the whole time they were here. I would use them again.

3 Marias called me to set up the appointment and texted me the day before to find a time that worked. They were able to come at a time that worked with my morning schedule, and they showed up on time. When I told them the size of the house, that I wanted them to clean the finished basement, and that I had not had the place thoroughly cleaned in half a year, they told me that it might take more than the time that the coupon I bought covered, and I was okay with that. They did go 1/2 hour over, as they had anticipated, but I was fine paying for it since they did a really good job on the house. After that first visit I have continued using 3 Marias. Since then they have been flexible with scheduling and continued to do a great job cleaning. The price has gone down since after that first cleaning, it does not take as long to clean the place. I would definitely recommend 3 Marias.

I was hoping for a service that would come on Saturdays but was unable to find one. This service scheduled the work for Friday, and contacted me Thursday evening to give me a time. They came right when they said they would and cleaned the house adequately.

One of the clean lady was not doing much, she called her boss and lied to her boss that my apartment was too dirty, the other clean lady was working hard. They charged me $50 extra for nothing. The Maria who is running the service has no professional manner.

She was nice, honest, and let me know they were not able to come out. They were over booked, so I was not able to use them at this time.

Instead of giving everything a little cleaning, they cleaned the heck out of my bathtub. Four hours of cleaning was actually 2 people cleaning for 2 hours each. This is not really the same as one person cleaning for 4 hours and I feel like there was little more than 2 hours of actual work done. I came back to this review and updated to an overall of a D, I dont know why I had rated overall as a C before (as I was very disappointed with the work, and really felt it was F grade work). Sorry Marias, I wish you the best in your future.

They're thorough, on time and quick. I would use this provider again in the future.
