Three Marias Cleaning

I was pleased. These ladies are FAST! If I'd have known how quickly they would have completed the work, I may have asked for more things to be done! I have several cats of my own, plus cats I foster for shelters, so there is a LOT of fur and dirt. There are also some medical supplies for cats around - and the ladies were very cognizant of the cats and supplies. Typically, I find housecleaning services stressful - as I have to go put everything back where it belongs once they leave - but not in this case.

Three women showed up to clean my home, and 2.5 hours later they were not only finished, but they did a fabulous job from top to bottom. I will definitely use this cleaning service again. In fact I've already set up a monthly service. I was charged a $20 travel fee, which I thought was exorbitant, however with subsequent cleanings, that fee will decrease according to Maria.

They always arrive on time. I appreciate the call the evening before to confirm our schedule time. The people who clean are polite and complete everything that I request.

They were on time and did a terrific job. They were friendly and very accomodating. We're planning on hiring them to clean our house weekly.

The ladies (Helena and Kate) were absolutely wonderful!! They cleaned every single inch of my home, no exaggeration. They were very polite, and for a combined total of 6.5 hours of hard labor, the price I paid was ridiculously low. (I tipped them each $15, which seemed kind of chintzy, but it's all the cash I had on me.) I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Bravo, Maria!!! You definitely deserve the Angie's List Award. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service, and making the whole house-selling experience a little bit less overwhelming! :)

Most impressed with the professionalism and scope of the work. I was lucky to have gotten the team of three ladies assigned to my location. Recommending this company to all friends I want to keep. Truly a gem. I have yet to find such service in my many years of hiring for spring cleaning/party cleanings/ups. misc. The perfect team for any job. Try them, and you will see. Wonderful. Can't say enough. These ladies will actually follow your directions. Very respectful of my cleaning preferences.

The three ladies were very nice and worked very hard. One spoke english. They showed up exactly on time and charged exactly as was specified, $15 hr per person. The home is incredibly clean. I will now have them come biweekly. I love the idea of having a crew of 2 or 3 people and getting it done quickly.

The night before each visit-we receive a call with the ''expected arrival time.'' We provide the cleaning supplies-and the ladies let us know what they need. Not always the same crew-but the quality is always top-notch.

I called Friday afternoon & they were able to come Sat. morning at 7am. They showed up on time & did a really good job. the two women worked from 7 am to 1pm and charged $18 per person per hour plus a $5 transportation fee. that doesn't count cleaning supplies, which the homeowner supplies. They did a great job in most places but didn't check under the couch, dust the knick knack shelves up near the ceiling, or get the cobwebs off the ceiling in the family room (but, in their defence, the ceiling is high in that room). they said that if they came back soon it would only be $15/ hour ( $18/hr. for heavy cleaning; $15 for regular cleaning) and they did such a great job in every room but the family room I'm strongly considering having them come regularly.

Excellent job. They sent two girls who showed up exactly on time. The cleaned for four hours. I had pointed out a few things that I wanted done that I considered ''extra'', like clean the top of the refrigerator, and they said ''of course!'' I will definitely hire them again. I gave a B for responsiveness because I had to call Maria back to confirm which day they were coming even though she said she would call me.

These are the hardest working and most thorough cleaners I have ever experienced. They come once a month to clean my mother's home. They go over and above to make her home spotless. They are kind, considerate and extremely pleasant. Always on time and Maria calls the night before to remind me they are coming since I come from the suburbs to let them into my mom's house. Highly recommend them.

Price is for 3 people at 4 hours each.

I was very pleased with their cleaning work, pleasant personalities, and industry. I am going to retain them on a regular basis for housecleaning in the future.

Had a sudden need for housecleaning due to a gathering after a friends funeral. Called the Three Marias at 2 pm and they arrived at 3 pm - by 5 pm the house was immaculate. Fantastic response time, quality of service, and compassionate response.

NO ENGLISH WAS SPOKEN. THE WORK WAS GOOD, SO I ROUNDED THEIR HOURS UP FROM 2.5 TO 3, GAVE THEM $45. THEY CALLED BACK DEMANDING DOUBLE THE PRICE AND WERE RUDE ON THE PHONE, SAYING IT WAS 15/HR FOR EACH WORKER. THEY SCRATCHED MY HIGH-GLOSS APPLIANCES, WHICH I BROUGHT UP. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

While the cleaning was pretty good, the price was much more than I would have expected having used competitors.

Maria was very pleasant on the phone and was able to schedule a crew when I needed one. Her crew was on time and they were very hard working. They did an excellent job. I would use them again.

The two-member cleaning team was on-time and worked very hard. It took them longer than I--and they--thought it would, but they stayed till the job was completed.

THE LADIES WERE RUNNING ABOUT 45 MINUTES LATE DUE TO TRAFFIC, BUT I NEEDED TO CALL INSTEAD OF SOMEONE CONTACTING ME. THREE LADIES CAME AND SPENT 3 HOURS OF HARD WORK. THE HOUSE LOOKED AND SMELLED GREAT. THERE WERE SOME SMALL ITEMS MISSED, WHICH I DID NOT FIND UNTIL THEY HAD GONE. I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN AND THEN WE CAN MAKE SURE ALL THINGS ARE COVERED. OVERALL VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING OUR NEW CONDO - IT WAS VERY DIRTY DUE TO SOME CONSTRUCTION WE HAD DONE (SOME DRY WALLING, ETC). THERE WERE THREE PEOPLE, ALL OF THEM SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THE WORK WAS DONE IN ABOUT 2 HOURS, AS MARIA ESTIMATED OVER THE PHONE. WE DIDN'T THINK IT COULD GET SO CLEAN! THANK YOU!!

TWO CLEANING LADIES SHOWED UP, LOOKED INSIDE THE HOUSE, DETERMINED IT WAS TOO DIRTY WITH TOO MANY BUGS WITHOUT WALKING IN THE HOUSE, AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT CLEAN THE PREMISES.

THE AGREEMENT WAS FOR MARIA TO CLEAN THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR. THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE EXTERIOR TWICE NOW AND WHEN I CALLED, SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SEE FOR HERSELF. THERE WERE PILES OF LEAVES. SHE THEN SAID SHE WOULD NOT DO THE EXTERIOR GOING FORWARD. SHE REFUSED TO RETURN THE KEYS TO MY HOME AND NOW I HAVE TO GET THE LOCKS CHANGED. SHE TOLD ME TO CANCEL THE CHECK I ALREADY SENT HER - WHICH COSTS ME $25 AND NOW SHE WANTS ME TO SEND HER $25 FOR CLEANING THE INTERIOR. ON TOP OF GETTING THE LOCKS CHANGED. THIS WOMAN WILL NOT STOP HARASSING ME WITH PHONE CALLS AND HANG-UP PRANK CALLS. I HAVE CALLER ID SO I KNOW IT'S HER.

I NEEDED A MOVE-IN CLEANING DESPERATELY. I CALLED MARIA AT 3:00 PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. AT 8:00 PM, SHE HAD CALLED BACK. AT 7:00 AM THE NEXT MORNING, 2 VERY PLEASANT LADIES SHOWED UP, AND CLEANED FOR ALMOST 6 HOURS STRAIGHT. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

THEY ACCOMMODATED US IN SHORT TIMEFRAME BECAUSE WE WERE HAVING A PARTY BUT CAME HOME TO FIND DUST AFTER A REPAIR JOB. NOT ENOUGH TIME TO CLEAN -- THREE MARIAS SAVED THE DAY! THREE WOMEN CLEANED FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS.
