Three Marias Cleaning

The website for Three Marias, did not say that there would be 5 persons coming to clean and that for each I would be paying $16. per hour. I called the service 3 times on the day they were to come, but each answer I received for the time of their arrival was vague. When I first talked with the person who answered my initial call, she said they would be at my home at 8:00 a.m. on the 13th; actually, one arrived at 3:10 p.m. and the other 4 and 4:10 p.m. Of the 5 young women, only one of them spoke some English. Because of that limitation, I could not tell them, how I wanted my house cleaned. They did not use water, but sprayed cleaners directly on dry cloths and then on surfaces. Except for the floors of the kitchen and bathroom. One of them used the same lambswool duster for almost every surface including blinds, but never shook it out. They vacuum very well, but they have a rote method, from which they don't deviate and that isn't what I wanted. They aren't good cleaners.

We called at the spur of the moment and they came right out. Three of them worked for 3 or 4 hours. It was the best cleaning I've ever had. I have a two year old that is terrified of the vacuum and they worked around us and were sensitive to the fact. Very nice people.

She was very responsive. She did a fantastic job at a great rate.

They did not show up for the scheduled appt. and waited until they were 1 hour and 45 minutes late to call me back and tell me that they were not coming (I had left 3 messages). When they did come 2 days later, the crew of 3 did a mediocre, superficial job. The wood floors were still dusty (improved from before the cleaning but still not clean). I specifically asked them to clean the insides of the kitchen and bath drawers and cabinets and refrigerator, but this was not done at all (unfortunately I only discovered that a couple of days later and had to do it myself). They did not do a good job in the master bath (forgot to clean tub) or kids bath either. I was not home during the cleaning so perhaps if I had been there it would have been better. I will not use them again. My regular housecleaner is much more thorough.

They were very punctual and thorough. They cleaned the blinds, door panels, base boards, etc. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless when they were finished.

Three women worked diligently to clean our house for three hours. Our house is now four small bedrooms, one bath, and an upstairs playroom/office that just needed vacuuming. Overall I am quite satisfied with the work they did but I am not sure how much longer they would have needed to work if they would have had to clean our powder room and the playroom. They did not do any laundry, window cleaning, or bathroom work on the first floor.

I think this service is good, but it is difficult to have different people come each time my house is cleaned. They always come on the same day, but not always with the same people. They speak limited English; usually only one person speaks English on the team. The dusting is super, and they use rags to wipe down all counters and floors (this is what I use). It can be difficult to communicate with them sometimes. This is the first time we have used a cleaning service, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but they generally do a good job.

Maria, the owner, was a very pleasant person to work with. Three women came to clean the unit. They were on time and did a very thorough job.

It was easy to work with Maria, who scheduled the appointment and confirmed. The employees were hardworking and cleaned thoroughly.

Very mediocre. Communication was not that great and cleaning was average. Expected better from the ratings. Will not continue with the service.

Maria's crew came in at about 1:00 and were finished cleaning a 5000 sq ft home in about 4 hours or so. They did a good job and definitely will hire them back on a more regular cleaning schedule.

I had called Maria on a Wednesday and she managed to squeeze me in for an appointment the following Saturday. Three ladies showed up promptly at 8 am, gathered the cleaning supplies they needed from my stock, then proceeded to clean my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath multilevel home in 2.5 hours. They were pretty thorough, they even cleaned the hardwood floors by hand. The amount I paid included a travel charge of $15, but I think it was well worth it. I'm quite pleased with their company and am having them clean the house on a biweekly basis.

Overall, it as a good experience. The two women were polite and friendly. They got to the house a bit late because they needed to buy supplies (we didn't have any), but I got a call from Maria, who explained the situation. Very professional. I would use them again.

Four women responded to my house on time and were very professional. They all separated and worked on different areas of the house. All the rooms were cleaned pretty good, but I did find a dresser that wasn't dusted, and also found dust balls next to one nightstand. The bathroom and the kitchen were cleaned well. It did seem towards the end of the second hour they rushed to leave. My family room did have areas where dog hair was visible. All in all the work they did was fair, and I may use them again.

We hired Three Marias to clean my grandmother's house. Maria requires that a crew come in to do a spring cleaning before setting up a regular schedule. The two women Maria sent were on time (a bit early, actually). They cleaned for 3.5 hours! The place needed a good scrubbing. I wasn't aware that the women would use my grandmother's cleaning supplies, so they used whatever she had. I will be prepared for the next time. The women were very professional, moved piles of stuff to clean under them, the bathroom and kitchens shine, they took their shoes off in the house, etc. Very thorough.

Maria was very polite and friendly on the phone. The 2 women who cleaned were terrific. They arrived exactly on time (7 a.m.,), worked quickly and efficiently, and the whole house was done in 2 1/2 hours. The women were also charming to have around. I would definitely use this company again. This is the best experience I have ever had with a cleaning service.

I needed a complete cleaning of our home. We have 3 floors and it was overdue for a deep cleaning. I was very pleased with the job that was completed. Three girls came out and did an outstanding job. My kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. I plan to use them monthly.

Maria is very pleasant. Was willing to work with my schedule. She sent out 2 ladies. Both my bathrooms look great. So clean! My kitchen is sparkling. The floor is spotless. They cleaned behind my kitchen appliances. They pulled them out and put them back when finished. They also cleaned out the inside of my fridge and then put all the food back in. My microwave is so clean! They did a fabulous job and I will hire them again. They use your cleaning supplies, but will use theirs if needed. Not sure if they charge for that. I was charged a $15.00 traveling fee. This was more than acceptable. This was my first experience with a cleaning company and it was a very positive experience.

Maria, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. Her team came on really short notice, brought cleaning supplies (extra) and whizzed through the house. They even went back and re-cleaned some areas that the movers scuffed up after they arranged furniture. Fantastic job and will use them again.

We supplied our own cleaning products. Maria was clear about what she needed and what brands she preferred to use, as well as needing an abundance of paper towels, sponges and rags. Three women came to our home at 6 am in the morning and it took them about 2.5 hours to do a deep cleaning. Our bathroom was a wreck. Tile was stained, had serious soap scum, a bit of rust. They got rid of it all. The other appliances had some issues too and they were immaculate when they left. The only piece of advice I have it to be clear about when and what time you want her to come. If she gives you an option be clear about the date and time.

A crew of three women arrived on time. I consider myself a clean freak and still this team spent over 3 hours thoroughly cleaning my 2800 sq ft house. They cleaned all hard surface floors by hand on their hands and knees just as I do. I had to provide all cleaning materials which I prefer, because then I know exactly what is being used in my home. The crew was very friendly and spoke English, which is a plus. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is particular about the cleanliness of their home.

Great experience! This is the third service I've tried and finally found someone to do regular cleaning! They were on time. The job took about 3 hours. It hadn't been cleaned for a month so there was a lot to do. In addition to the basics (cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, kitchen), they cleaned all my hardwood floors on hands and knees and wiped down all baseboards. I tried 2 other services that weren't good enough to bring back, but I finally found someone I don't mind paying! I have them scheduled for regular, bi-weekly cleanings. Maria proactively called me afterward to check on the quality of the work, which is something I've never had happen. I appreciate the good customer service on top of a good cleaning job. Highly recommend!

I would recommend them to all on Angie's List they charge an hourly rate and I will use them again in the future.
