Three Marias Cleaning

I was in an emergency situation right before Christmas. She was so kind and appreciated my situation with my dad in the hospital. They were great. They did a wonderful job. The person who answered the phone was happy to give me someone in such short notice.

This was the first time I had 3 Maria's come to my house and they were excellent. I had just finished a gut rehab and the dust and dirt was out of control. They really made the house feel like a home. I was very impressed. The second time they came however they were not quite as thorough--they did not seem to use any cleaning products on the floors in my bathroom or my hardwood. The second trip was fine. It is worth noting that the owner is extremely accommodating and has always gone out of her way to make someone available on very short notice. Also the owner calls to check-up and make sure you are satisfied which is very professional and appreciated because it seems like she really wants to run a quality business and make her customers happy. They were $20 an hour for the first time and $15 after that. They send several girls one of whom speaks English and translates for the others (which is convenient).

I was impressed with the service provided by the 2 ladies that have cleaned for me twice. I am now on an every-other-week schedule. I have tested multiple services, only to be disappointed that the details are left uncared for. I was happily surprised that Maria's crew found the nooks and crannies that most miss! They are prompt, ask the right questions, work diligently and don't cut corners (i.e. they move things around when they dust, the clean the underside of the faucet controls, etc). I left a list last time of a few other things I wanted them to address and they did them all. Hopefully, on the next visit, they will remember to include those in the job. Overall, I'm very happy!

Five fantastic women showed up on-time and in approximately one hour, the place was SPARKLING!!! They went to town immediately and did a fantastic job. Maria called me afterward to see if I was satisfied (yes!). I highly recommend them.

THE GIRLS DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING. HOWEVER MARIA, ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OF CREWS AND NEGLECTED TO DO SO. ALSO SHE SENT DIFFERENT CREWS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION. CONSEQUENTLY WE HAD TO SHOW NEW PEOPLE WHERE EVERYTHING WAS, AS WELL AS ALLOWING MORE NEW UNKNOWN PEOPLE WANDER THROUGH OUR HOUSE. MARIA KNEW THE REASON WE WERE USING THIS TYPE OF CLEANING SERVICE WAS BECAUSE WE HAD A PREVIOUS THEFT. THEREFORE WE WERE A BIT NERVOUS ABOUT STRANGERS WANDERING AROUND OUR HOUSE. SO EVEN THOUGH THE 2ND CREW DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING, WE WERE UPSET THAT MARIA SENT US DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITHOUT ASKING OR TELLING US IN ADVANCE. WHEN I CALLED HER TO REQUEST THAT IN THE FUTURE SHE PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE WHEN A LARGE WINDOW OF TIME IS INVOLVED AND TO PLEASE DO NOT SENT A NEW CREW WITHOUT CHECKING WITH US FIRST SHE BECAME VERY UPSET. WE'RE NOT REALLY QUITE SURE WHY??!!!!!

First I called and asked for a Saturday cleaning in my home in early Nov. I was asked to call back and confirm the cleaning in two days - when I did, Maria didn't remember who I was or my appointment and told me she was unable to do the cleaning. I was asked to reschedule! Patiently, I called back and asked for a cleaning again on Tues/Wed the week after Thanksgiving. I was told to call back again today (the Monday before) to confirm. So today I called AND Maria told me that she couldn't guarantee any cleaning this week and that I was better off finding another house cleaning service!! I've wasted A LOT of my time calling the Marias. If you're looking for timely, responsive service - you will NOT find it at Three Marias. Take their advice and find another cleaning service.

The timing for our cleaning was important because of furniture delivery on Saturday afternoon. While Maria apologized for not coming on Friday, she never should have committed to clean or should have called me to let me know she couldn't help me.

Four women showed up exactly on time (6AM). Two of them spoke English. They worked hard, without stopping, for four hours. I supplied all of the cleaning materials. They did an excellent job. One item was broken, and a few little details were left undone, but overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely hire them again.

Maria is the last of the three. She is pleasant, flexible, and most importantly, her staff knows how to clean. It took a few times to work out timing, but that's normal. I've also coordinated days with my next door neighbor which works out well for everyone. I do not ask them to do my laundry. I have always preferred to manage it myself. However, they would do the laundry if I asked.

The first visit 5 ladies cleaned from ceiling to floors. The next visit I only needed two ladies for 3 hrs. They did an excellent job. My house is spotless when they leave. One of the ladies speaks English well enough to communicate what is needed.

They were on time, friendly, and polite. They did an excellent cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. They missed dusting in some areas.

They were hard working. They washed the walls since the rental was filthy. They billed me after they were done so they stood by their work. Pricing was reasonable.

Three Marias accommodated our cleaning at the last minute. We called in the morning, and they sent the crew by 11am! They were incredibly professional, had great communication, and were done in less than 3 hours. I will definitely use them again!

Found this company through Angie's List and they are WONDERFUL!! On first visit, Maria accompanied her "girls" to explain things and my house sparkled when they left!! Since that time (approximately 9 months ago) they have come every 2 weeks and I cannot rave enough about them... I have much glass with floor to ceiling windows and mirrored walls, and all are cleaned without a smudge. Vacuuming, hardwood floors, bathrooms, and kitchens also sparkle. Have recommended them to friends and they are equally happy. Maria usually sends 2 girls and so they are finished within a couple of hours in my 2 bathroom, 2 bedroom condo. Do not hesitate in using Angie's List if all the companies are this good.

They did very good. They were prompt. They did a good job. The price was fair for the time involved. I own multiple buildings and will use them again.

They did a good job overall although language was a concern. Maria was always available to translate although I did not take advantage of that.

They brought 4 people. I was a little further away than the area they usually service, but they came anyway. They were on time and did a wonderful job. They did a good job of listening to what I needed done.

I've been using them for a while now - approx. 6 months, and they are efficient, hard working and friendly. I plan on using them for a while yet.

It went well. They used my cleaning products and needed rags and paper towels. Only one woman spoke much English but it was enough to communicate as needed.

I had just moved and needed to find someone to clean my house for a party I was having. I called the Three Marias, and they were able to come the next day to clean my house. They did such a great job. I use them every other week now.

Agnes and Melina came out and worked diligently and did everything I asked of them. I highly recommend them.

Previous ratings stated that the staff didn't show up on time, etc. Crew was great. Called to confirm time, finished within the estimated time.

I don't have very many points of reference, but I'm pleased with their work. I've been enjoying maid service for a year now, and quite pleased with Three Marias.

Outstanding. Very hard working and thorough.

The crew cleaned for 2 hours which seemed a lot for 4 people in a One-bedroom apartment. Overall, they did a good job except that they never moved the one piece of furniture I specifically asked be moved, the computer table. The supervisor could not explain how she arrived at the $250 amount (OVER TRIPLE THE AMOUNT DISCUSSED). Her English was not good enough to explain to me how she arrived at that whopping figure and she could not reach the owner by phone. She told me the rate was $18, then $20 when the owner had said $13 on the phone! Later she stuck with the $18 figure. I ended up paying $180 (4 people at 2.5 hours each x $18/hour). I can't believe I paid that much money for an apartment cleaning over double the amount discussed with the owner. I would not recommend these guys. I emailed the owner to lodge this complaint and called when I didn't get a response...she told me she doesn't read the emails. Why does she give customers an email address then?
