Three Marias Cleaning

Very good job. I rarely have to ask for anything to be recleaned, and I am picky. Maria calls every night before they come, and if I leave a message for them to do something specific (last time it was clean the fridge), it is done with no problems. They come when they say they will, descend on your home like a cleaning brigade and have everything done (I have a 2500 sq ft home) in about 1.5 hours. Plus they are friendly with my children. Price is great for the work done. Very satisfied customer. I have recommended them to friends.

We have been using 3 Marias for over a year, with generally good results. There have been some price inconsistencies, and varying quality, but this last cleaning was truly below par. Dusting was spotty, sills and tops of paintings not done, bathrooms just surfaces, under furniture not done. When I called to ask Maria how she planned on handling it, she was quite bizarre and asked us to fire her if we didn't lime the cleaning. This, after a year of being clients! Most unpleasant.

Quite possibly the smartest decision I've made since proposing to my lovely bride four years ago. Maria, the owner, is extremely kind and considerate. We've inadvertently left our house alarm activated a couple times and Maria has handled it like a pro. We normally get basic cleaning every two weeks, but they'll focus on specific areas if we ask them to.

I have been very happy with Three Marias since their first visit (which was more expensive and more thorough than subsequent visits). The three women who clean my house are cheerful, friendly, and work very hard. Even when I am the last client on Friday afternoon, they don't cut corners. With two dogs, two cats, and an active quilting studio, my house would be a real mess without careful cleaning. I changed cleaning services because I was no longer satisfied with my former cleaning service. With Three Marias on the job, I can see just how complacent I'd become. The difference is like night and day.

They were quick, efficient, and really got into every nook and cranny. They were friendly and reasonably priced.

They were very detailed oriented (moved small items especially in the kitchen, cleaned the baseboards, hand washed the floor) and worked quickly but hard. They were well organized, pleasant, and professional. We had an emergency come up with one of our dogs (completely unrelated to their presence) and they were very helpful and accommodating. We've other cleaning services in the past, but this service surpassed all others in quality and value. We will plan on calling them again and recommending to friends and family.

I now have these people out on a regular basis. They show up on time get right to work and are usually done within an hour

They did a great job - and came with less than a day's notice! The ladies were in and out in an hour and left the place spotless. The Three Marias do a fantastic job - quick, unobtrusive, and high quality. They usually give us small window for when they will arrive (not the five-hour window you get from utility companies) and are timely.

They do a good job, but they send a different crew and not all of them speak English. Because I am not home all the time to speak with them it makes it tough to have some consistency.

We have been very happy with the Three Marias. Unlike past cleaning services we have used, they have shown up (on time) on every occasion they were scheduled to be at our house. All of the workers appear to have a good work ethic and we have been pleased with the cleaning.

They did a fantastic job - especially considering I called them in a panic when my regular lady canceled on a Friday morning and I had company coming that evening. Cleaned many things that she skips over - window ledges, the track of the sliding glass door, the floor of the broom closet, etc. They were timely, friendly and efficient if a bit pricey (my regular lady charges $100).

I am shocked to see the poor ratings given to this cleaning service. I have used them for a few years every other week, and I think they are fantastic! Maria, the owner, is a joy to deal with, and she is always very concerned to receive feedback and make sure everything is going well. I have had only a couple of very minor problems, and when I've called her she has sent someone to correct the problem IMMEDIATELY. The cleaners are very thorough and do a great job. The price is good, and I couldn't recommend this service more highly.

I think they are very well trained. The same people do not always come out, but there is at least one person who has been her previously and one person in the group always speaks English. They are very clean, very honest, and pleasant.

BASED ON THE AL RATINGS, I ASSUMED THEY WERE PROFESSIONALS. WHEN I SAW 1 ABOUT TO WIPE DOWN AN EXPENSIVE COUCH WITH A SOAKING TOWEL, I TOLD THEM NOT TO GET THE LEATHER WET (COMMON SENSE?). SOON AFTER, I FOUND A SOAKING TOWEL DRAPED OVER THE ARM OF THE SAME COUCH! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEN. I LET THEM CONTINUE AND THEY "FINISHED" AT 12:15. TOLD ME IT WAS $205; SEEMED HIGH FOR 4 PEOPLE FOR 110 MINUTES, BUT I PAID AND THEY LEFT. THEN DISCOVERED THE JOB WAS MEDIOCRE AT BEST. SUPPOSED TO BE A "DEEP CLEANING", BUT WAS PURELY SUPERFICIAL. MOST EVERYTHING WAS WIPED, BUT THEY APPARENTLY APPLIED NO PRESSURE! CALLED AND GOT VOICE MAIL, SO I SPENT 3 HOURS CLEANING (I WAS EXPECTING GUESTS). MARIA AND I SUBSEQUENTLY DISCUSSED MY DISSATISFACTION WITH BOTH THE WORK QUALITY AND THE PRICE. SHE SEEMED CONCERNED AT FIRST, BUT WHEN SHE TRIED TO JUSTIFY THE PRICE BY TELLING ME THEY WERE THERE LONGER THAN I CLAIMED, THERE WAS NOTHING MORE TO SAY. I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR POOR WORK.

On the first phone call Maria was pretty vague about pricing. She informed me it was $18-25/hour for the cleaning. She did not tell me the number of people she was sending. I expected approximately $100 for the cleaning. One of the people broke one of my expensive champagne flutes I had hanging on a rack in my pantry. The other spent some time chatting on the phone. While the bathroom shower was very well done, when I looked closely at my house, there were some dust bunnies and spots that were not dusted. They also didn't move my blind cat's water bowl and put all of the dust into the water bowl, making it filthy. When I called Maria because they were telling me I owed them $230 cash (they do not like checks even though it's listed as their form of payment). Maria told me she tells everyone it's per man hour upfront. I told her she did not tell me this and she got nasty with me. Very unprofessional. If I liked it, I was planning to schedule regular cleanings.

They did an pretty good job of cleaning the house, but were very expensive and skipped the fridge. Very limited English made it difficult to communicate and they simply ignored most of what I said because they could not understand it. I had been given an hourly rate price range and was told that the higher rates were for jobs that required MAJOR work (i.e. after construction). However, the crew still charged a relatively high rate even though the house was neat and needed standard cleaning.

We have been using Three Marias for the past 1 1/2 years on a monthly basis and are very happy with their work. We typically have 3 people arrive and they spend about 1 1/2 hour per floor - we are amazed at their hard work ethic and most importantly in the result. This is not just a tidy-the-place-up effort - it is really a clean-it-up crew. They get additional points for always being punctual and extremely flexible in scheduling.

It went fine, they did what was asked and nothing more. Shortly after they left, I realized there were some areas, that they completely missed and other areas, that I asked them to focus on, like the shower floor, that did not seem clean (however when I cleaned it, I got it much cleaner). It was frustrating to find the walls still dusty, as I had not asked them to dust the walls, but I figured it would have been obvious. It was also, surprising that they bought absolutely no supplies. I was told to have some cleaning things available for them, but was not informed to have rags or other such things, therefore I had to run out and get rags and other cleaning supplies, when they arrived at the home.

Two people were sent. The person who did the upstairs did a good job. The person who did the first floor was disappointing. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and the stove still had grease spots on it. There were some places that were not dusted at all. The price was inflated because we had not had a cleaning a person for a while. I have a problem understanding that. Why did we not just pay for the amount of time spent, instead of an inflated amount?

They were friendly and okay. They charged a little more than I thought they should.

Three Marias did a good job of cleaning the house and it was done in a timely matter.

This is a follow up to my first experience with Three Marias. I wrote recently about my first experience, which was mixed. Since I wrote that summary, I spoke with Maria herself about some of the issues. I also agreed to give it another try. The team came this morning, this time 3 people for 1.5 hours, and the effort on communication proved a huge help. My previous concerns were addressed very well, and the team did a great job for the price promised. I also appreciated Maria's help personally in resolving the issues around communication and some of the approaches, and the team that came today was extremely responsive, especially when I explained how I wanted some of the specifics in the kitchen handled. They (as with the first time) were very helpful about working around my baby's schedule. I very much appreciate Maria's follow up and commitment to customer satisfaction. While my first experience wasn't great, this one was.

It was very easy to get in touch with Three Marias--unlike some of the other services I called (listed here!) they actually answered the phone and always promptly returned my messages. The cleaning crew showed up at the scheduled time and wasted no time getting to work. I had to leave to run errands, but when I returned a few hours later, the house was spotless. My wife and I were so happy with the job they did that we've decided to keep working with them on a regular monthly cleaning schedule.

Asked for someone to clean my home based off excellent reviews on the list. First woman I spoke to was very pleasant and reassured me that they would do a better job than my last service after I gave her all the details. The day before the scheduled service we received a call from a woman named Nadia who was short and said that it could be very expensive and said that she would have 2 people come for a total of 3 hours of service at 7am. The ladies arrived late by 15 minutes and three cleaning ladies came who started nickel and diming me for straightening out the inside of the fridge and cleaning the inside door of the oven. Those two things $20!!! for a total of $105 for a 1500 square foot home. Some condos are larger than my home It was a chaotic experience in my home and I didn't feel comfortable in the least with all of these people running around the house. Needless to say, we told them to leave and we were very disappointed in the whole experience!

They are totally positive and are very good. I have had a number of different house cleaners and I have actually stuck with this company for about a year, if not longer.
