Three Marias Cleaning

Maria is not a diplomat. When everything goes well, she is fine but should you "cross" her or complain about anything she goes off the deep end. She can be most abrupt and unpleasant. We won't use her again. The most recent incident involved setting up an appointment for cleaning. She definitely let me know that since I'm not a regular client I shouldn't expect to have cleaning within the original agreed-upon time frame. Her other customers requests come wa-a-a-y before mine in spite of the fact that we had earlier set up an appointment that she was now backing away from.

Maria does not offer estimates, which is fine. But we agreed the night before that our 1,500 square foot house likely only needed two cleaners, so I was a little surprised that three showed up. Anna's Professional cleaning got the house just as clean (if not more so), just as quickly, with only two people thus costing us $40 less. Otherwise, they did a great job and were available on short notice before the holiday which was a big help.

Very easy to schedule- we didn't have to be home to meet them. We let them know how much we wanted to spend and they cleaned for that number of hours. The house was sparkling when we came home!

The experience from start to finish was a positive one. Responsiveness and clarity on the phone when I was gathering information about pricing, etc. was just what I was looking for. Clear explanations of what was expected of me (to communicate with the crew exactly what I wanted, and how long I wanted them to stay, did I want them to use my supplies or theirs, did I need them to bring a vaccum) as well as what I could expect of them was much appreciated. I called a couple of other businesses and wasn't as confident with my encounter. On the day of the job, three ladies arrived punctually and I discussed with them what I wanted them to focus on as well as some specific instructions which they followed to the letter. They worked tirelessly and non-stop to clean our home for 4 straight hours. It was covered from stem to stern with dust and dirt from a construction project and when they left it was gleaming - my bathroom has never looked so sparkling. This business does charge a little more than the standard rate for post construction services, but for me it was well worth it. Before leaving it was explained to me approximately how much a "normal" job would cost. I am not in the habit of hiring cleaning staff to clean my home, but if I did I would gladly go with Three Marias again.

From the very start I had a wonderful experience working with Maria?s company. The cleaning crew was always on time, thorough, trust worthy and accommodating. When things pick up in my career, I plan on calling Maria.

We have had cleaners before and in comparison the two ladies were very thorough and did a better than expected job. Cost was approximately the same.

The two cleaning ladies showed up on time and were very professional. They did a good job on the deep cleaning although I thought the price for that was a little high. The ongoing price of $80 visit is much more reasonable and I have hired them to come back every other week. Overall, I was very pleased.

I called Maria to talk to her about scheduling somebody to come out and clean our house. The ladies who came were punctual, professional and did a great job. Will definitely use again. I hope I get the same crew the next time, I was very very happy with their work.

I called this company because they were rated highly and on Angies List it said that they offered free estimates. When I spoke to "Maria" and asked her when she could come by for an estimate she said that we don't come by to give an estimate we come by and we clean. I informed her that is clearly states that they offer Free Estimates she said, I don't know why they say that. I have been doing this job for over 25 years and we clean. I said well, I am sorry but I wanted to get an estimate and she said I don't give estimates. If I give estimates and it is too low or too high either you are unhappy or I am unhappy. I would NEVER use or recommend this company to ANYONE!!!

We were referred to the Three Marias by a friend. They came to the house to do a deep cleaning for about $150. They now show up to clean now every two weeks, but we're about to hire them to come in every other week since we have a baby now and things have gotten more hectic. Bottom line is they clean with attentive detail, they are extremely trustworthy, and they treat our belongings with care. They are sweet women, and I leave valuables out without concern. We buy the cleaning supplies and they let us know when they need to be refilled. We don't ask the Three Marias to do our laundry, but they change our sheets and do a dynamite job on the bathroom, kitchen and all those horrible dark corners that no one notices but my mother-in-law.

Maria's company has performed consistently for us for three years.

The cleaning service was scheduled to arrive at a specific time. The three women were punctual and ready to do whatever. They followed my requests to the letter. When they were finished they put everything away and even emptied the vacuum cleaner. The price was settled and they are returning.

They do a good job, but their prices are pretty high. I am very comfortable having them in my home. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I think that these ladies are fast, efficient and most importantly, trustworthy. Maria, who owns the business is professional and nice. They do a thorough job.

I needed a cleaning lady last minute. They showed up on time. They are very friendly. They are accommodating. They are able to show up with less than twelve hours notice.

They said they were going to charge a certain price and when they got to my home, they called the boss. They were speaking in Spanish. I know Spanish but they didn't know that. The boss said they wouldn't clean it unless they got to charge more.

They do a great job! They are trustworthy. I am usual home when they are here but they have never given me a reason to not think I can trust them. They give you a two hour window of when they will be coming and they always come in that time.

The cleaning crew from 3 Maria's has been coming to my home on a biweekly basis for about 2 years now. I was generally satisfied with the only complaint regarding the times when the crew would change and the quality suffered. The owner was always willing to work with me and find a resolution to these problems. My problem with Three Maria's really began this morning. I received a call from the owner stating that I would need to leave payment for the last cleaning in addition to this weeks cleaning. This was to my surprise as I had left the payment for last times cleaning on the counter with the cleaning supplies as I had always done in the past. I had left the payment (which was cash, as I had been told in the past that a cash payment is preferred) in the envelope and the envelope was not on the counter when I had arrived home that day. The owner told me that the crew could not find the payment last time. We had several conversations regarding the matter and it seems that the owner does not believe that I had left payment last time. I offered to pay in the form of a check in the future, but was advised by the owner that she did not feel that she had a crew that she could trust to continue servicing my home. She considered the last cleaning to be "a gift" which I found to be a bit offensive knowing that somebody had received the payment for the last cleaning. I was very disappointed with the results of my experience with Three Maria's. If you do chose to use this company, DO NOT PAY WITH CASH. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

As a former owner of a cleaning services I tend to be very picky when choosing a housecleaning service. I give Three Maria's an A! They do a fast yet very effective job on a consistent basis. Very reliable. I highly recommend giving them a try.

They are WONDERFUL! Not only do I trust them, but they are fast and thorough. They clean everything and the house always looks better when they leave. In addition, the cleaners they have sent (usually they are the same) are always very kind but don't get in the way; they are flexible and willing to work around whatever is going on in my house. I highly recommend them!

Not only is Maria a pleasure to talk to, she really understands the business of housecleaning and what her clients need. The two-woman crew who came to my house were on time, energetic and very good at their work. I look forward to the cleaning days I've scheduled for the future. I am so happy with their work!

They continue to do a good job. The thing that I like the best about them is that they don't just go through the motions; they actually see dirt and get rid of it. I will continue to use them for future.

Did not receive a call back from first message. Called again a week later and spoke directly with Maria. She was able to accommodate my schedule and set an appointment for the upcoming weekend. Cleaners were on-time and did an overall good job. Only issues would be lack of understanding English - a bit hard to explain what exactly I wanted them to do and no estimate of costs. Charged $25 per hour per person, both worked for 2 hours. I "think" repeat visits are $18 an hour, but wasn't sure. I will hire them again for cleaning.

Maria asked me what should she should do? If I still wanted the work done? Would you want an angry/unpleasant person, working for you? After all this time of being clients, Maria didn t apologize or called back! Most unpleasant experience. Will not continue with the service and do not recommend.

I was given a four hour window for them to arrive. They arrived more than 30 minutes after the end of that window. Had to ask them to redo the shower. Parts of the floors were visibly not mopped and the baseboards not touched. Price was higher than I think appropriate.
