Three Marias Cleaning

Arrived on time. Worked hard the whole time. Fast and efficient. Very nice and polite. A bit of a challenge scheduling with the coordinator due to extensive details requested, but once we got thru that part, the cleaners did a great job.

It was a special and I used them one time. I guess it was a good price because things have changed and so you got two people that come for 2 hours. I would not use them in the future. Some of the things they did were okay, but it didn't reach what I wanted done.

They were able to come out to my house in a reasonable amount of time. They were prompt in returning my phone calls/message and very professional. Did a thorough job in cleaning my 3 story home in a limited amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. I decided to get my house cleaned before my baby was born and did not regret it. Would definitely use them again. Women were nice, professional, and receptive to instructions.

They are very reliable, and efficient. I think they do a really good job.

First time: the cleaning itself went great. Good job was completed within the purchased time frame of 6 hours (2 persons for 3 hours each). Some minor concerns occurred including a language barrier with the owner. Second time: despite twice confirming the appointment in advance, the staff were a no-show. Language barrier with owner was again an issue. Also found that the owner does not work in the beginning morning hours even though their staff are scheduled at that time - this results in no one to call when something goes wrong. There are better options out there folks....

I hired Three Maria's to clean my entire house on short notice. Very good, efficient house cleaners who take pride in their work. They were able to meet my tight schedule and had a quick turnaround when I needed them. I will definitely use them again, and hope to have them come back on a regular basis. Thanks!

As I have used them over time and they have gotten a little lax on their cleaning. They arrive within the time frame they tell me. They do a fairly decent job.

I now use them and only them....couldn't be more pleased!

I think they over charged me. She said she was there an extra half an hour but it didn't think about it until later- they got here late. They were pleasant, professional and did a really good job cleaning. I just think I got a little over charged in the end. They were a little pricey but did a really good job.

So, the Big Deal service turned into an ongoing thing. So, it is good. I did not spend more than the $105 Big Deal; it was what it was. They are good enough. I think they do a good job. My interactions with them have been fine. They primarily speak Polish, but there is always one that speaks English so it works out fine. The cleaning has turned out fine.

A crew of 2 -3 ladies cleans our house every other week. Usually at least 1 or 2 of them comes here regularly and knows the house. They use our supplies and and vacuum cleaners. The ladies are always extremely polite and courteous and good with our dog. They have a key to our house and are often here alone and I trust them. Maria, the owner, is wonderful and sends a reminder text the day before they clean asking for confirmation that we want the service that week and our best time frame for them to come. They always come within the time frame we provide. I highly recommend them because I think they are extremely professional, reliable, trustworthy and very easy and pleasant to deal with. The only issue I have had is that the thoroughness of their cleaning has decreased a bit over time. However, they were responsive when I had pointed out areas they had overlooked.

Scheduling was difficult - weren't a lot of time open that worked for me. We finally compromised on a Wednesday afternoon, but couldn't find a recurring time going forward to keep scheduling.

I bought a 4 hour AL deal - which meant 2 people for 2 hours. They arrived late but called me in advance to let me know, which I appreciated. They did a good job overall cleaning but I was somewhat surprised that 4 hours wasn't sufficient to clean a 2000 sq ft apartment. Other providers I've used did a thorough job within that time frame or even less time. They did try to sell me more time when I called to schedule an appointment and again when they were here -- which I found a bit bizarre. Let me first trust you before you try to sell me more. The ladies also did not speak English so it was hard to communicate.

They cleaned the basement, main floor and bathrooms in the 6 hour allotment we had purchased. They did a nice job. Only thing to beware is that they do not bring their own cleaning supplies (or they do and it is an extra charge).

The ladies were on time, pleasant and had a good attention to detail. After the first cleaning, I continue to use this service for regular bi-weekly cleanings.

They were great and did a fabulous job. I never got to meet them, as I was traveling on business, so we arranged for the job over the phone. They showed up on time, did a wonderful job, and everything was super simple!

The cleaning part was great. The scheduling was a little confusing, but we worked it out and we were really happy with the results!

I needed a quick clean and I called them. They always complain about parking and things like that. My house was clean, so I didn't need a whole lot of work, just some dusting on the cabinets. I told her not to clean the toilets and stuff and we got charged for a deep clean, when it was already clean. The pricing was high. They are all usually a little late.

They did a fairly good job and were quick. I have a 2 br/2ba condo and the three of them knocked it out in 1.5 hours, which was a bit concerning as I would have assumed it would take longer in order to do a quality job. They skipped over a few areas, i.e.a couple of baseboards and sink stoppers. For anyone who isn't OCD and picky like myself, they are a great company and provide good service. However, I was hoping for more out of them.

There was a bit of a miscommunication. When they arrived they said the house was bigger than what the Angie's List coupon covered. They said they would do that part first and if they had time they would do more. They ended up doing more than what the coupon originally covered so that was very nice of them to do. It was good. It was solid cleaning. They did a good job.

I called last week and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. She said it would either be at 7 am or 10 am and she would let me know on Sunday. On Sunday I called her at 3:40, since I hadn't heard from her. She returned my call at 6:20 and asked me if I had decided if I wanted the earlier time or the later time. I was confused, but I told her that if it was up to me, I would choose the later time. She said they would be here after 11:00, she didn't know exactly what time. I said that was fine, I was flexible. On Monday, at 2:50, I called to find out when they were coming. It seems that the driver got sick and she forgot to call me to tell me that they weren't coming. She apologized profusely and said they could come Wednesday or Friday at 7:00 am. I told them to come today (Wednesday.) I had asked her if they bring their own cleaning materials and she told me that they would use what I provided. Honestly, if I had asked that BEFORE I paid for the deal through Angie's List, I wouldn't have used them. I prefer services that bring their own supplies because it means they have a system. But, I provided the supplies. They came at 7:00. I showed them what I wanted them to clean: One of the two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room. They didn't have to change sheets or make the bed in the bedroom at all. Now, to be fair, one of the bathrooms was really bad and the laundry room, where the kitty litter lives wasn't good either. And I have cats, so fur is an issue. AND I wanted them to pull apart the sofa sleeper and vacuum it well, because I'm having company this weekend. I told them that if they have ANY questions, they should ask. BUT, I JUST had the bedroom carpet and the sofa upholstery cleaned yesterday (Tuesday--because I thought the cleaning people were coming Monday) so the bedroom carpet didn't need major work and it was only the inside of the sofa that needed to be vacuumed. Maybe my expectations were too high, but it seems like two professional cleaners should be able to do a good job under those circumstances. But they really did a terrible job. The bathroom shower that was really bad is much better, but not as clean as it should be. But the bedroom really just wasn't done at all. When they said they were done, I took them to the bedroom and pulled clumps of cat hair from a chair in the bedroom -- it was like they hadn't vacuumed it at all. And the carpet had pieces of string and stuff on it. I didn't walk in a feel like it had been cleaned. That being said, the living room , dining room, kitchen and office area look pretty good. They were supposed to be her for four hours, but were here for five. I offered to pay for the extra time but they told me that they were instructed to give me five hours, I assume to make up for the inconvenience of having to reschedule from Monday. Five hours in a one bedroom condo seems like it should have been enough. But again, maybe my expectations are too high.

I hired them as a gift to my mother. They did not wash or mop the floor, did not clean under the microwave and would not clean the basement because they said it was "too cold". They charged me for gas without telling me ahead of time. They rushed cleaning the house and broke her vacuum cleaner but purposely didn't inform her. I called many times to tell them I was unhappy with the service and I wanted them to pay for the repair. After several calls, the owner finally text me that my "demands" were "bullying" and I need to "pray for God's forgiveness" and she was not going to pay for the vacuum because it was old. She then threatens me with she can demonstrate our correspondence because I sent everything in a text... The same text mind you where she says all of the above... One of the workers text me to tell me that they knew about the vacuum and other issues and that she stopped working for them because they were unethical. I think she took advantage of an older person and her behavior proves that. An honest company would have at least apologized let alone offered to pay for the damage.mar

I told her I was having a party and that the bathrooms and the Kitchen were the priority, she complained that my house needed 5 hours and that it wasn't enough time, I told her to worry less about the bedrooms. She left the kitchen for last and then rushed through not cleaning the inside of my microwave or the front of my refrigerator, and overall did a poor job in the kitchen, I had to redo it. I have since had 4 hr cleanings where my whole house has been cleaned well.
