Three Marias Cleaning

Three Marias has performed cleaning service for us on several occasions and every time the place has been cleaned well from top to bottom including floors, surfaces and all our rooms. We have been very satisfied with the cleaning services provided.

This was a very friendly and great service. I would definitely use them in the future!

The 4 ladies went thru the house, made a plan (although I didn't know the plan because I do not speak Spanish) and got down to cleaning. I felt very comfortable leaving to walk my dog, mostly to get out of their way. A lot of that comfort factor came from Angie's List.

I would highly recommend Three Marias cleaning and will definitely be using them again. Got a quick response from Maria and an appointment a few days later. The 2 women that cleaned my house were very nice and VERY fast... they cleaned SO much more than I had expected there would be time for!

For the price, they get the job done quickly. It's not top notch detail work, but you're also not paying for those prices. They are very responsive, coming sometimes same day or next day.

I am very happy with this company. They are flexible with my schedule. They found a way to fit me in at the last minute when I needed my home cleaned before last-minute houseguests were arriving. They are prompt, fast and thorough. Everything was very clean when they left. They truly did not miss a thing. I bought an Angie's List deal for them and I will continue to use them when I have fully used the deal.

We had a little bit of a schedule snafu, but once we got the two service providers here, everything went smoothly and quickly. The cleaning was very thorough. We would definitely hire them again.

They showed up on time. 2 workers were sent over and they did a good job They kept to the agreement.

Three Marias Cleaning did a fabulous job but the coordination was a little more difficult than I would have liked for getting them there at the time I wanted. The people doing the cleaning did a wonderful job.

The cleaning was great and I am proud to have them as my cleaners for the foreseeable future.

I bought a coupon from Angie's list and made arrangements for the service. The company (Maria ?0 told me that with my size house I would need additional time but I knew what I wanted done and said I would not need extra time. Three ladies showed up on time and immediately went to work after I told them what I wanted done--floor cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, tub/shower cleaned and general kitchen cleaning. I did not need the beds linens changed or additional work done. They finished in the allotted time and did a good job. I would have them back if the cost was ok.

Work was completed with a high degree of quality. Staff were pleasant and very comprehensive. There was a miscommunication in regards to cost, but the business owner made it right immediately upon discussion. Very professional and recommended.

Maria called the night before and gave me a window of time that the crew would arrive. One of the cleaners called the day of and gave me around an hour's heads up, which I appreciate. I had asked for only 2 people as I have a small place and it's hard to be in my house while people are working in it. Three cleaning ladies showed up but it wasn't really a problem as I just hid out in my office. It would have taken me days to clean the grout and one of them did it in about an hour. While she did that, the other 2 did regular cleaning in the rest of the house. If they became my regular cleaning service there are a few things I would request differently but for a first time they were great and the place sparkled. It also would have been great to be able to communicate better with at least one of the cleaners but that's not a dealbreaker to me. And I love my shower now!

They were excellent. They came on time, did everything I asked, were diligent and hard-working, and even went above and beyond by doing things I hadn't specifically asked for, like dusting. They finished early, and I let them go. It was an impressive display.

The ladies were very nice. They did not speak English very well. The service was for 4.5 hours and they were done in 2. My problem and the reason I will not use again was that they did not move items and clean beneath. I have a lot of glass and mirrors and my main reason for calling in a cleaning service was to have it cleaned. I can dust and clean around items. I don't need to pay someone to do that.

I needed to have an empty apartment cleaned. This was a great experience. The initial scheduling was easy, and the workers arrived exactly when they were supposed to. I gave them the priority of cleaning tasks and they worked energetically through the list for our whole time. They are clearly self-starters. I would recommend them highly. If you have very complicated instructions for cleaning and don't speak Polish, check to see if you will need to have your instructions translated by their manager. I didn't have that difficulty however it might have occurred with more specialized cleaning requirements. They were in contact with the manager, so I'm sure that any issued could have been taken care of.

Required two appointments due to schedule error Very nice cleaning crew which tried very hard to communicate through the language issue.

I found Three Maria's cleaning service using Angie's List "Big Deal" and was so satisfied I have hired them on a regular basis after two years of checking out other leads. They are hardworking, punctual and perform in a very efficient and thorough manner.

I have used them twice since the original coupon offer. The first time they came everything was done perfectly, including careful attention toward putting everything in its original proper place, which actually amazed me since there are almost always things out of place when I have used cleaning services in the past. Since then, not quite as perfect, but still very good. I have worked with the Maria that answers the phone and she is always very reasonable to talk to regarding scheduling, job scope, supplies needed etc. I was not sure that my place needed the full 4 hours each time and after speaking to her staff, she agreed that 3 hours was really more appropriate for the size place that I have and the work required.

These people work hard and they work quickly. Maria was very helpful in scheduling something for me with little notice since she had an opening in her schedule. Very willing to work with me! I will use them again.

Scheduling an exact time took 3 separate phone calls and I only got a 3 hour window during which the service would start. Other than that the cleaning service was very efficient. the workers worked hard and the house was cleaned well.

They arrived on time. Asked questions to get specifics about what I wanted done, and the location of the vacuum and rags and other items they needed. They immediately dived into their work as if they knew my place already. I was satisfied that I got a full 4 hours of work, as promised (2 ladies for 2 hours).

They were in and out very quickly. Our house glows again with clean!

They did a great job. They arrived on-time. Cleaned my place thoroughly. They were professional, polite, and worked quickly. My place worked great. I got compliments from my friends. I can't thank the Three Marias enough.
