Three Marias Cleaning

I have been using them since 2005 and they are excellent. The owner is very friendly and you can talk to her. The ladies are very charming and thorough. They get on their hands and knees to mop the floor. If I provide a mop they say no. While on their hands and knees they get in places where I don't think to go. They are just old school and I like them. Their price is very fair.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned the rooms I requested. It was the first time in my house and they understood right away how I wanted things done.

Maria was very proactive and contacted me to set it up. Her ladies were very thorough and quick. I was very satisfied and will use them again.

They cleaned my 2100 sq foot 3br, 3 bth condo in 2 hrs. They are thorough, courteous, and hard working.

I was very pleased with them so I continue to work with them. They were detailed, professional, and good at cleaning.

The Marias were on-time, professional, and thorough. They did a great ob cleaning at a reasonable rate. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it was pretty good. There was a scheduling glitch so they called and told me they were going to be late. However, this conflicted with my schedule so they sent more people out and got done sooner; this worked out better for me.

We started the service a few weeks ago and currently have them scheduled on a weekly basis. They have been thorough with the cleaning although we have 2 very messy parakeets and a dog. They always call to confirm schedule. What I like about them the most is that they use my cleaning supplies thus I know what is being used to clean the house including the vacuum. The review above is correct the revision is due to the fact that although they are good with the cleaning they are very, very hard plumbing fixtures, very loose with the cleaning supplies and very hard of equipment. We had to call the plumber 3 times (see another review done by me) since they started to clean the house. 1st time cold water supply on the 1st floor bathroom, 2nd call kitchen sink handle broken, 3rd time master bath cold water handle on a newly remodeled bath broken. On the appliances I am having to replace the vacuum as the power cord was chewed up exposing the wires making is unsafe to use and the indicator on the bag was clearly indicating the replace bag however bag was never replaced. I have no way of proving that any of this was done by the cleaning crew however the incidents started to happen after beginning service with them. . They are very punctual and thorough however we cannot afford to have a plumber on call to have the house professionally cleaned. I would suggest the company start providing their own supplies and equipment and please be gentle with the plumbing fixtures.

On ONE day's notice, they came out to help clean abused baseboards, floors & windows. Adjusted their schedule to come out the next day (when others told me they couldn't fit me in for 8-10 days).

Two people showed up and cleaned the basement and a little bit of upstairs. It took me a while to realize that 4 hours of work translated to two people at two hours each. They did a good job, and I would use them again.

If didn't. They don't return calls.

I have been a regular customer of Maria's for several years and I am thrilled with the cleaning that she provides me every two weeks. Although we have a standing day and time for our cleaning, Maria is always willing to accommodate our schedule and any other requests when needed (vacations, change in work schedules, etc.). Not only is her team friendly and very thorough when cleaning our large home but they also are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I'm always comfortable leaving them alone if I need to go to a meeting or run an errand; I know that everything will be in its place, well cleaned, and taken care of when I return. I can't say enough positive things about Maria and her team - they are definitely an A+++ operation!!!!

My house was in pretty bad shape. The women who came were wonderful. It was a big job - I have 4 boys and they aren't much help around the house. I appreciated that they didn't make a big deal about how dusty everything was. They did a great job and I would have them come again in a heartbeat!

They called back within a few hours after my initial call. They were hesitant about cleaning up after a bid of construction. But, they agreed after assurances that it would not be too messy. Two workers showed up on time. We provided soap, rags and mops.

Ladies did an excellent job. Very hard working and meticulous. Over the phone however, way too much pre-emptive general banter about jobs that are too big, too much work, etc. sight unseen. I get it - you want to set expectations but you need to stop hammering people over the head with it...

I purchased a Big Deal for $84 for 4 hours of cleaning. The two women (Anna and another) who came to my home were very sweet, hard-working and professional. Maria told me to prioritize what I wanted done first as they would probably not be able to finish the whole house in 4 hours. They did and I was very pleased with the job that they did.

I plan to hire from Maria again, and on a regular basis. The two women were excellent. They called to tell me they were 20 minutes away. They arrived within 15 minutes, and introduced themselves. I showed them my cleaning "stuff" and exactly what I wanted (clean the baseboards, walls and floors). They also did both bathrooms, and showed me how to use vinegar to remove some stubborn stains on the shower door. They finished and told me I had 10 minutes or so left, and volunteered to do the basement steps and part of the floor (which seemed to take more than 10 minutes). EXCELLENT work.

They were great, on time and did a good job. They did exactly what they said they would do and were on time.

They were focused from the start, and they worked energetically and efficiently and completed everything I asked them to do. I'll definitely have them back, and I'm thinking about having them come regularly. I also trusted having them in my condo.

First, I am late writing this review but have been busy due to selling my condo. I bought an Angie's List Coupon for 4 hours of housecleaning services for Three Maria's Service. I contacted Maria prior to purchase as I had a very short timetable. I wanted to get the unit spiffed up for my buyer's appraisal. Unfortunately, I had only 3 days notice. The appraiser was due on Monday and it was Friday when I contacted Maria. I have to say that she went out of her way to accommodate my timetable. She contacted me on Sunday evening, as she promised to do, and we set up the appointment for the next day. I am so grateful that she managed to juggle the schedule to get my unit done for Monday. Maria even sent me three ladies to make sure that they were done before the appraiser was scheduled. Once the ladies arrived, they immediately went to work cleaning, sweeping, dusting, etc. They did a wonderful job and were out of my unit in a short time, leaving me some time before the appraiser came. I just want to state that Maria was incredibly accommodating, especially with such short notice. She understood my dilemma and went out of her way to schedule me in. She really cared that I make the unit as clean as possible before the appraisal. I am extremely grateful to her and the ladies for their help. The appraisal went very well and the unit looked great!

Poorly. 2 very nice and hardworking ladies who did not know how to clean. They details were not done. Heavy work good. Shelves and cabinets dusted not wiped clean. Grout not cleaned. Oven left in terrible shape. They were trying to do the work in the 4 hour special I bought. I told the owner and ladies to take as much time as needed. Communication difficult. I tried to show them what to do, but they seemed rushed.

I liked the job they did. But compared with other company, they charge too much and they didn't finish places where generally other companies do. The person whom I talked by phone was not too rude but not friendly either. So we decided to change our house cleaning company.
