Three Marias Cleaning

The cleaning services went well. I was not aware I needed cleaning supplies for them, however, I did have them handy. They were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to all my friends!

The house cleaners showed up late and I had already begun cleaning. I gave them the option to stay and finish cleaning but, I believe there was a miscommunication and they left without doing any work. I had originally called them to cancel but they showed up anyway. I was then called by the owner of the company. She told me I was rude and hung up on me without letting me explain the situation.

Very thorough. My house has never looked better.

Great job! this was a gift of a cleaning service for a household owned by an elderly couple and really needed a deep cleaning. They were very sensitive and kind to the homeowner and did a really nice job. My only complaint is they broke a glass but overall, nicely done.

They did a great job. The house was a mess and when they were finished it was cleaner than when we moved in. I would highly recommend Three Maria's to anyone looking for a high-quality, trustworthy cleaning service. I have already arranged to have them return on a regular basis. Their rates are very reasonable and the service is outstanding.

They were very through. Kitchen sparkled as did the bathrooms. Carpets were deep vacuumed for the firs time since had moved in.

Called Maria two days before Thanksgiving, and she magically arranged for two cleaning people to be at our condo the day before. We originally called Maria in November of 2012 after seeing her ad in Angie?s List magazine. At that time we had just completed remodeling our bathroom, and everything was very dusty. They always do a very thorough job, even scrubbing tile floors on hands and knees. We highly recommend them!

They cleaned my entire house, dusting, sweeping, washing areas of walls where needed, and cleaned all three bathrooms. They were efficient and did a great job!

Many problems with scheduling an appointment. Unaware they brought no supplies.

Excellent jobs (they have been here twice now). Two women came for two hours. They washed windows and sills, floors. They vacuumed and mopped and dusted. They removed dirt on the window sills and scrubbed sinks and bath tub and did the dishes. They were very thorough getting behind things like the toilet and underneath rugs. They are quick and efficient and very professional no nonsense cleaners!

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it went well. They did what I asked them to do and the apartment was clean. It turned out okay. I would not say they were exceptional.

3 maids arrived on time. They didn't bring any cleaning supplies. I supplied towels and rags. But somehow they used up 2 full rolls of paper towels, and more cleaning fluids than was probably necessary. A full bottle ( expensive ) bottle of expensive floor cleaner ( meant to be diluted) was either completely used... or taken when they left. But they did a good job, but missed a few spots. There was still a lot of dog hair present on the floor. I appreciate their puncuntually, but I think 3 people in a 1 bedroom apartment was overwhelming. I would request only 2 next time. 2 of the girls had already left the apartment before I had a chance to look over anything and pay them.

They did a nice job. Missed a few spots, however, the cleaning crew definitely made it look like my 2 little kids had been MUCH cleaner than they actually are in real life.

One of them mixed ammonia and bleach and got really sick. We had to open the windows. They could have cleaned a little bit better. We would have liked if they were to bring their own supplies.

Service was excellent. Very pleased, even decided to hire them on and now they come every other week.

I am getting a refund because they are very difficult to work with. They are hard to understand and work with. They say the Deal was redeemed but it was not. I just don't not want to deal with them anymore.

Prompt arrival and completed the work quickly. Flexible on rescheduling.

Overall, I was very pleased with the cleaning. The young ladies were on time and very nice. The cleaning was very good. I really like the work. Unfortunately the cost was a little excecssive. I paid $150.00 for three hours of service for two people. It is a small house and I pre-cleaned (because I'm self concious) - so It wasn't much to do but dust and clean the bathroom. They did not have to clean inside applicances or windows. When they arrived they asked if I had supplies, if not it would be an additional $10.00 - okay. I was told that I had to pay a travel fee of $15.00 to travel to my home. When I look at other reviews, the work completed and the square footage - the cost was excessive.I thought $120 would be reasonable for me supplying cleaning supplies. Lesson learned again.

iThe scheduling process was straight forward - I spoke with Maria by phone to schedule. A team of 3 cleaners showed up promptly and worked for 7.5 "man-hours". I had purchased 8 hours as part of an Angie's List "big deal" so I have a free half hour to use another time. The quality of the cleaning was good. We generally clean our house ourselves so it was a nice treat to come home to a squeaky clean home. Maria has followed up with me a few times to ask about using that last half hour. She seems thorough in her communication.

That went well but the only unfortunate part was that they did not have any cleaning materials so we had to supply them with all the materials and we were not told about that. They were on time.

Professional and good work.

All services have been professional and dligent. You can let them know if there is a particular place you would like them to focus (i.e. the refridge) which is very helpful. I only mark a B in terms of punctuality as there have been times they have come early-the other day over an hour early and we weren't expecting them (mind you this was 6:30 AM they showed up). Better early than late but that was REALLY early.
