Three Marias Cleaning

The two workers arrived exactly at the time I was told to expect them, and after a brief house tour and description of what I wanted done, they got to work immediately and cleaned the majority of my 1900 square foot house in 4 hours. Wall and fixture dusting, dusting, vacuuming and mopping most/all floors, scrubbing tub, toilets, sinks and counter tops, etc. Both were very hard working and professional and deserved the big tip I gave them. The only issue (and it was minor) only one of them spoke fair English, but they understood what I wanted done and did a fine job.

Bad communication. Just didn’t feel comfortable and decided to not use this company

Two people came to clean the home and it took about 3 hours, and they did a good job the house looked good. They did a good job and they did it on time.

Three women showed up as scheduled and had the entire house cleaned in 2 hours. They did an excellent job .

Despite 2 attempts to set up cleaning service, was unable to.

I gave this as a gift to a client and he stated that the cleaning people were polite but did not do a lo0t of work in the time allowed

They came out and did a fine job cleaning. However, they broke a lamp and did not tell me. It was kind of rude. I did not even care about the lamp thing because it was not something that was cherished, but they did it and they did not tell me. So, I would not call them back. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal, but what the coupon did not indicate was that they did not bring cleaning supplies with them. I did have to provide my own which was fine, but I would have preferred that it said that on the coupon so that I would actually have gone out and bought the supplies. I just had whatever was underneath my counter. I thought their rating was fair. They were very responsive. The woman who helped me initially was very nice. They were on time just like they said they would be. It was just like a sign of lack of professionalism that they broke something and just did not tell me. I was actually home when they were doing the cleaning because I have two big dogs and I was working from home that day. I heard something hit the floor and it was not until a day or two later that I realized the lamp was broken. I actually heard something. I really regret not coming up when I heard the noise.

After purchasing the deal I called her to schedule the appointment. She was sweet as pie, but she said she does not come to my area. I am just requesting a refund.

They did a great job. They deep cleaned our finished basement after we had a water back up. We got the 6 hour service and they ended up cleaning more than just the basement. They are incredibly efficient, thorough and professional. When they came over, they hung up their bags and got right down to business. They were also very responsive when we called for the service, they showed up the next day. We will be using them again (hopefully never for sewer back up!) for regular cleaning.

Having used Three Marias for many years, when we moved from Chicago to Madison our final cleaning was a deep clean to welcome our home buyers into their new home. The move-out cleaning was thorough and professional. The new owners were thrilled to enter their new home in pristine condition.

I don't remember details. In fact, I want to forget.

They showed up right on time, and squeezed us in on a Saturday.

They did a good job. We should of bought the bigger coupon since each cleaner is charged per hour. If you want the 4 hour coupon and have 2 cleaners it is really only 2 hours because 2 people times 2 hours. It wasn't really explained to us...but overall we were really happy with the job done. We will use them again.

The service turned out well. They got back to me right away and they came out just a few days later. Two ladies came and they did not speak English well but we were able to get the work accomplished. They did a good job with the work. They finished within three hours and they asked if I had anything else for them to do. I said that I did not and so they were fine with leaving after that. I would use them again if my regular housecleaner was not available.

Went well. 2 girls arrived (I have small house) and were diligent in cleaning home. Asked if I had preference or priority list versus overall cleaning. Worked quickly, efficiently, courteous and professional.

I think that they're very good. However I would not have 3 people descend at my house at one time in a very tight time schedule to get everything done. I would like no more than 1 or 2 people but 3 people, no. You have to tell them about your house for the first time. They came out several months ago and they didn't charge me extra. There were 3 girls and they stayed for an hour and a half or something like that. The quality of work was excellent.

Three Marias sent a two-woman crew to a rental unit for a thorough move-out cleaning. They were faced with a very tough job, as it was truly filthy- and somehow they made it perfect and rent-ready in just a few hours. They cleaned all of the appliances, cabinets inside and out, and even cleaned the ceiling fans, which should have been impossible with the 11 foot ceilings. I would recommend Three Marias to anyone and will definitely use their services again in the future.

I am very please so far with the work at hand. They are nice and quick and do exactly what I ask each time. Everything looks fantastic when they leave. So far, after a couple months, I have no complaints. They call or text the day before to confirm and offer the time they are coming. They have been very flexible. They do charge a separate gas/travel fee, but so far, it hasn't been an issue because I think they are doing a great job in a timely fashion. Also, I am pleased that so far the same ladies show up each week. That is so much easier than to have to start over each week with instructions!

The whole process went well. I have used Three Maria's on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. They used my supplies and equipment to clean my two bedroom/one bath house (about 1200 square feet). They were quick, but paid attention to detail. I would definitely use them again.
