Staff was REALLY helpful and the sliding doors themselves are definitely the best on the market. In fact, they were the central element of our design as they allowed us to transform a one bedroom condo into a two bedroom. Even though the rooms are now physically smaller, the depth of light through the door panels makes them actually read larger than before.

This place is absolutely awful and I would strongly encourage homeowners and contractors to stay away from this place. My fiance and I ordered sliding doors for our kitchen that cost about $2000. The sales girl was nice but that was about the only bright spot in dealing with this company. As is customary with custom building materials, we verified all specs prior to placing our order. The lead time of 12+ weeks seemed excessive but could have been worth it. Of course, it wasn't! When our doors finally arrived, the tracks were cut to the wrong length and the doors were not the correct style. The "customer service" person argued with me when I told him the tracks were cut poorly and to the wrong length and he had the audacity to accuse me of not knowing how to use a tape measure. Finally, I convinced him to give us new tracks but it would take another two weeks to get the doors repaired to the correct style. They further refused to do the repairs themselves but instead are sending me the parts so I have to do it. They also refused to offer any concessions for their mistakes. They are aloof and annoying to deal with. Their lead times are horrendously long, their products are excessively expensive, and they refuse to compensate customers for THEIR mistakes with their orders. Stay away from them

I emailed the company for a quote on what we wanted through their website and got a response almost immediately. We also took a trip to their Chicago showroom to see what the doors looked like in person. When we decided to go ahead, someone came out to our building to measure the space. Since our space was not a standard size, we ordered the doors custom, which didn't cost anymore but it did take a little longer. The doors were ready in 10 weeks and the company's installation team came out to install them about 2 weeks later. Everyone we dealt with at this company and with the installation was really great and very helpful. All emails and phone calls were answered promptly. The price for the quality is excellent and we can't wait to put these doors on our closets as well. Just be sure, if you are offered any sort of discount, to pay the deposit that it is applied to your balance since I had to remind them more than once on the correct amount we had agreed on for the job.
