The team of guys did a great job. They took extra care to protect our furniture, removed all of the packing materials when they unloaded, put protection down on the floor and even turned over each piece of furniture and put felt on the feet of chairs, tables, etc. The company confirmed the arrival time before hand, arrived on time and then contacted me 1/2 hour after the move to make sure all was okay. Great service and follow up.

The house has 4 levels and a TON of stairs! The guys were awesome, efficient, and totally 100% professional. They did any and everything I asked and were very focused on making sure my needs were met. I can't say enough great things about them. My original quote said it would take them anywhere from 9 - 11 hours....the guys finished in 7 hours!!! My original estimate said my bill would be anywhere from $2100 - $2500....at the end of my move, my bill was only $1700 because the guys worked so fast. And, even though they were fast, they were still very careful not to damage anything and made sure to respect all my belongings. They were just fantastic. I'd use them again in a heartbeat...

This was our first time using The Professionals service. A different moving service that we had used for years had closed down their business, so we had to look elsewhere. We selected this service because of their responsiveness to questions and scheduling, and their cost estimate was accurate. Other moving companies' estimates were totally overestimated, so other than an hourly rate you really didn't know what it would end up being. Because we've moved so much, we knew what the cost should be, and The Professionals got it right. We appreciated the free use of wardrobe boxes on the day of the move, which made our life considerably easier. Furniture was also blanketed and wrapped nicely as it was hauled around. The moving crew assigned to us hit the ground running and didn't stop until the move was completely done. They worked very hard, and it was quite impressive. On the down side, because they were moving so fast some of our furnishings took a beating from careless handling on stairs and around corners. We could have also done without the spitting on the pavement, sidewalk, and deck stair. That was disgusting and unprofessional, though we forgave it at the time because we really did like our guys. Overall, yes, we would indeed hire The Professionals again.

The service was excellent. Modesto and his crew went above and beyond our expectations, making a second trip to pick up our new furniture after finishing the original move. I would highly recommend the professionals to others.

The actual cost was less than the estimate, because the crew of 5 worked fast and efficiently. They were careful, thorough, and professional. I used them on the recommendation of a satisfied colleague and would absolutely use them again. They used "Green Boxes" (sanitized clean stacking plastic boxes and traditional cardboard wardrobes (for clothing). They moved glass tables, televisions, and dishware with no damage and no losses.

This is the third time we've used this company and every experience has been excellent. They were on-time, very fast, good at communicating during the move and reasonably priced. I would definiltey use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about how great they were. Courteous, efficient and hard-working throughout, very careful and attentive with both our belongings and the hardwood floors in the new place that had recently been refinished. It was not a cheap move, but I felt that these guys were worth every penny.

This is my second time using The Professionals and I cannot say enough great things about their service! We had a few issues scheduling our move (all due to our own closing issues) and Shifra was incredibly easy to work with in terms of our ever-shifting schedule. Also, their online portal makes estimating the total cost of the move very easy. Victor and his crew arrived precisely when scheduled to our condo in the city and after a brief walk-through got right to work. It was pouring rain in the middle of the move so we had all our furniture shrink-wrapped to combat the weather (at an extra cost), but they still finished up the move under the amount of time they quoted. Just like the last time I used The Professionals, I was so amazed with how quickly and efficiently the whole crew worked. We ended up right on budget/within our estimate even with 20+ pieces of furniture shrink-wrapped due to their efficiency moving everything else. If you're looking for a crew to take expert care of your belongings and relocate them in an efficient manner, this is the group for you. Even ask for Victor's crew specifically - they were so easy and wonderful to work with!

I can not say enough good things about Miguel and his teams. Both the packing and the moving teams completed the work in less than half the estimated time, and at half the estimated cost. Not one single item was damaged or broken during the entire two-day process. They were the utmost professionals, courteous, and always asked questions about anything that was in doubt. They packed a 3 bedroom, 3 story house in less than 4 hours, and moved it to an elevator apartment building the following day in about the same time. Truly amazing, and very much the Professional Moving Specialists! I would Absolutely recommend them to anyone for any packing or moving, especially if Miguel is the team leader!

These guys were on point in all aspects I highly recommend them and it is no wonder they came highly recommended to me. They were extremely fast but not sloppy at all they just have a really great rhythm down. They were super professional and generally kind. They arrived early too, about 15 mins!

The best moving company I have ever used, this is my 4th time using them and I went out of my way to use them again. I have used some of the other highly rated companies, but they do not compare to The Professionals.

e used The Professionals for a short in-city move from an apartment to a single family home. The guys really hustled, and got the job done in about as short of a time as I thought humanly possible (and well less than the estimated time). In doing so, they took good care of our goods - and did not in any way damage the property. They also attempted to move some larger pieces into the upper levels which didn't quite fit - didn't work out, but that's because of the size of the furniture, and they were really careful in trying. Also, they were pretty nice guys and communicated well thoughout the move.

The move was exceptional and I am still impressed with the service received from start to finish. The customer service representative was Shifra and she was incredible. She was so patient with me as I asked her multiple questions regarding the estimate, items to be moved and other details. I had a ton of stuff, lots of antiques and a large amount of very huge, heavy furniture pieces. After emailing Shifra many times it was decided that due to the large amount of furniture and items to be moved it would take 6 men and 2 trucks, which sounded about right to me. She was so polite, patient and understanding as the move had me frazzled due to the large amount of stuff I had to move. She communicated excellently and confirmed the day and time the movers would arrive. The movers arrived a little early and they were fantastic. The lead mover was named Victor and the other movers were Marcos, Jose, Alkin, Valentin and Lucio. This team of movers worked like a well oiled machine. They arrived in the house and immediately went to work. Victor walked through the house with me, which was a 2 story house with a basement, garage and backyard items as well. Did I have the stuff! Victor made sure he understood exactly what was to be moved and then the team worked like crazy. They quickly went through the house and moved everything safely covering much of it in rolls of stretch plastic wrap, moving pads and tape. They were all polite and very pleasant while they worked non stop. They filled both trucks and then we headed to the new house. When they arrived they safely and quickly unloaded every piece asking exactly where it should be placed. After everything was unloaded Victor asked if anything else needed to be moved around the house and if all the furniture was placed correctly. I have no idea how they did it but they moved me from a house totally packed with stuff to my new house all within 4 hours and 20 minutes. The attention to detail was incredible and I felt so confident with this exceptional team of great movers. The icing on the cake was that the actual charges were significantly less than the original estimate. Who ever heard of movers charging much LESS than they originally quoted. I was so totally impressed with this moving service from start to finish and would highly recommend them without any reservation for anyone interested in a safe, friendly, professional move at a very fair price. This was a fantastic experience. It started with the ability to fill out an estimated inventory and get a quote for the move online. As I was in the middle of packing when I set up the service, it was helpful to do an inventory and get a quote so that I could keep the whole process under control. It enabled me to keep close to the estimate. The day of the move, four friendly, wiry, STRONG men showed up right on time and proceeded to move everything out of my condo and into my new house in just 2 hours and 15 minutes! It's important to know that while I was organized and packed well, I have a LOT of stuff and have been living in the same space for 10 years. These guys just kept going and we were out and done before I knew it! Themen were careful, friendly, cheerful, and so professional...like the name of their company! Words cannot adequately express how delighted I was with the entire experience. I told all of my friends and family about this move and will never use another company again! I would give them the highest, most enthusiastic recommendation.

These guys were great. They showed up on time, knew what they were doing, were careful with everything and worked non-stop from the moment they got there. We had Ulises, Arael and Alex and all three worked hard. I'd definitely use them for future moves.

The Professionals are simply the best moving company I've ever used! The team showed up promptly at 8am and swiftly moved all of my belongings from a 3rd story walkup to their truck in less than two hours. I had a lot of boxes, so this was amazing. They were SO NICE. Very professional, friendly, nice guys. They wrapped all of my furniture so that nothing got dirty or scuffed during the move. They were so quick and made it look effortless and I know it was hard, tiring work, but they moved me in just over 3 hours. And then the final bill was $200 less than the estimate. I am amazed. During the move, somebody from the main office called to check and see how my move was going! Thank you for moving me, and please pass on my heartfelt kudos to the foreman and his team -- everybody was terrific, and I'll recommend you to everybody.

Ulises, Alex and Juan had told us they might arrive early and they did. They were more professional and more pleasant than any movers we have ever used. An old apartment building with no elevator is not an easy move but I didn't hear one complaint. In fact they were pretty cheerful. They were careful with everything and incredibly efficient, too. The Professional have moved members of our family 3 times now, and we all recommend them to anyone looking for honest, hard-working young men who are easy to deal with and come in close to the estimate, and never make a move any harder than it needs to be. I cannot say enough about them. They were terrific!

They were early for the appointment and started immediately. The foreman went through the house and understood what was moving and what was staying. All 4 guys worked quickly to get the furniture disassembled, wrapped and loaded. There was a bit more to load than they expected, but they made it work and had the truck packed tight! They were equally proficient when unloading and re-assembling furniture. Boxes and items were all put in the rooms that I requested and arranged as I asked. There was not a single item scratched or damaged. All walls and floors were in perfect shape. I wouldn't move without these guys again!

I cannot say how happy I am with the service I received from The Professionals. Moving your stuff from one home to another is never a fun task. The guys that helped me move showed up right on time, loaded and unloaded the truck quickly, and, with ease, moved my heavy furniture and boxes in. The moment I looked at the time and realized everything was in my new place (and in the proper room I labeled on each box) faster than what I expected, I found myself 100% relieved that i wasn't sore and exhausted from yet another move. I definitely recommend this team for every move.

Incredible move. The Professionals arrived early which was fantastic. Once inside the condo they operate like a commando unit...we were stunned by the speed of the move. Literally within 15 minutes all our boxes were out of the house. Soon there was a cacophony of sounds as every breakable item left in the unit was zipped up in a cocoon of shrink wrap and blankets. The movers were polite and kind. Amazingly, because the move took 30 minutes less than anticipated the movers charged us less than the quote we were given over the phone--unbelievable!! Moving is so stressful and it is such a joy to be in good hands at the one moment (after all that packing) when you are most exhausted. We would highly recommend the Professional!

For my most recent move, Alex, Juan, and Ulysses arrived to move my one-bedroom apartment right on time at 8 a.m. and completed the move quickly. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. All of my belongings got to my new apartment intact, and the entire moving process was painless (which is a lot to be said about the general hassle of moving!). The overall cost of the move was right within the quote range I received, and the price was absolutely worth it. This is my second move with The Professionals, I have recommended them to friends also, and I will continue using the company for moves in the future.

They were gentle with my precious shoe collection and sweet to my dog. They took directions and made sure to ask when they weren't sure about an item. My move was as low stress as possible and everything made it to my new home in one piece. Thank you!
