Great guys, worked their butts off. Nothing was broken and they even assembled my bed.

They knew what they were talking about and they were very personable to deal with. Their prices were very competitive with others and I would recommend them to my friends. I have used them multiple times.

So we gave them a shot and I could have never been happier. There were 3 men and they all worked so quickly and even helped me with a few books that I had forgotten to pack. My husband is an architect so of course we have a lot of paintings and sculptures and they arrived intact in our new place. They were working so fast and hard that they didn't even stop for a bite to eat(I made them sandwiches). I was so pleased, they originally told me it would take 5-5.5 hrs to move and it only took them a little over 4 hrs. This move saved me money, time, and energy. When we move again (which I'm sure we will). They are the only ones I'm choosing for my move. Also ,the girls in the office were so informative, courteous, and helpful. So if you are ever looking for movers leave it to no one else but to "The Professionals".

Even though I was only moving about six blocks from an apartment to my new home, I knew I couldnt do the move with 3 friends and a pick up truck. Due to my busy work schedule, I wouldnt even have time to pack anything. I called several companies, but from the start Mike at The Professionals was just that - professional. Very nice, and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. He even suggested ways I could save money on the move! Its always so much fun (not really) when you are closing on new construction - dates move on a whim, with little or no notice. Add to that my travel schedule for work, and you can imagine how many times I had to change my move date. Everyone at The Professionals was extremely patient and helpful. When we finally got to move day, I was certain things would go well, and I was right. The three man team did an excellent job of packing (the only thing that broke was something I packed!) and identifying what was in each box including where the items came from (living room end table, dining room buffet). This made it very easy for me to find things once the move was over, especially hard when you didnt pack the boxes. The guys worked quickly but carefully, were completely conscious of how they moved things, as well as taking great effort not to bring any dirt into the new home. I cant say enough wonderful things - Ive already recommended them to two friends. I would use them again without question - though I personally dont want to move again for some time!

Well I had really bad experience with moving companies but you've got to do what you've got to do there is no choice; Well I have got to tell you they were amazing, I was so shocked; in no time my house was packed & ready to go; it was unbelievable! I'm telling you these guys were outstanding. I even asked them if they want a break , no break was taken and they worked until they finished everything, really, amazing. I will definitely use them again! Thank you!

I really wanted to give them and A- overall. They didn't break anything and worked quickly. They had good prices and we would likely use them again. They had to reschedule our move as they had double booked. They did the reschedule in a professional manner. They were fully able to handle the move, including all the complications of moving in the city, handling stairs, maneuvering in alleys, etc.

I have had a few bad experiences with movers, so I wanted to prevent another disaster. I called The Professionals the day before my move to confirm and was told that everything was OK. I had scheduled an afternoon move and called them at noon on the day of my move but initially got the impression that they couldn't find my confirmation. After waiting on the line for some time, I was told that the movers were running an hour late but would still make the window needed for use of the elevators in the buildings I would be moving to and from. I received a call shortly after that saying that the crew that was scheduled to move me was running late, so they had replaced the late crew with a crew that would arrive about 30 minutes early. They arrived promptly at the new time and were courteous and worked very diligently to get me moved as quickly as possible. They moved me to the new building very quickly and finished under the estimated time, resulting in a lower cost for me.

Arrived one hour late. Did not take precautions to avoid staining carpet. Rainy day. Broke several pieces of furniture. Drawers, table leg. Made deep groves on wooden floor when moving furniture. Did not unwrap all the furniture as promised. Left in a hurry. Leaving several tools and blankets behind. Overall a very unprofessional behavior. My call to their boss was not returned.
