Description of Work: The Professionals truly lived to their name. They sent me a detailed inventory form that I filled out ahead of time. They called me a day before to confirm the appointment. They actually showed up ahead of time, there were 3 of them and they worked very fast and efficiently. They knew exactly what they were doing. Wrapped up all my furniture in shrink wrap and blankets. They carefully disassembled my furniture and put it all together. They were in and out in exactly 3 hrs. One of the best decisions I made, hassle free and effortless!

Description of Work: They arrived promptly, loaded all of our pre-packed boxes, carefully wrapped the dismantled queen bedframe & children's captain's bed, 3 dressers, 2 ottomen and various other items.

Description of Work: i've moved more than the average person and can say with much enthusiasm, these guys hustled and did everything right. The job was done as quickly as humanly possible yet they wrapped my furniture so nothing was broken or scratched. And all this from a third floor walk up. They are true to their name, professional. All about business. Didn't creep me out like some movers I've used. I'd hire them again in a hot second. They are by far the best!

Description of Work: They arrived on time, wrapped the furniture that needed to be protected, loaded the truck, made excellent time to the next destination, unloaded quickly, performed a few extra tasks, like moving/disassembling/assembling some other items, and could not have been nicer. They will be our go-to movers for our next move.

Description of Work: Movers came to my apartment on time. Two men wrapped all my furniture and loaded everything on their truck efficiently. They had to bring my furniture up 2 flights of stairs..( Heavy ) . Nothing had been broken !! They did a great job and even finished early !

Description of Work: My wife and I moved from a condo to a single family home recently. From our phone call to get an estimate through our move, the Professionals were great.My wife is seven months pregnant with our first child and we recently spent a significant amount of money to redo our wood floors in the new residence, which, due to closing dates, etc. were not as cured as we would ideally have liked. Further, the move day weather said storm threatening during the time we were likely to be unpacking at the new house, so we were concerned about wet shoes, mud, etc getting into the house.We told Don, Ulisses and Jose about our concerns and my wife joked with them that this was a mighty stressful way to spend our wedding anniversary. They told us they were on it and not to be stressed.They were right. Don, Ulisses and Jose were professional, friendly and aware of concerns. They were quick and careful. Got things into the house and to rooms with no floor issues to avoid the storm, then moved them within the house after. Because of their awareness, our stuff did not get rained on, nor did the floors suffer. They were very careful about the floors, even asking us to put a rug down on the front porch so they could wipe their feet before coming in. I would recommend Don, Ulisses and Joes to anyone doing any sort of move.To top the whole thing off, when we were finished and had paid the bill. The guys gave my wife and me an anniversary card. They picked one up on the drive to our house.....These guys were one of the best experiences I've ever had in the service industries. I'd hire them again in a second.
