Great. Only frustration was charging me a fee for using a credit card. No one carries cash anymore. So either don’t charge a fee or offer Venmo, Paypal, etc. as options. Was very pleased otherwise.

There is no way to express my complete satisfaction with the way the project was handled. Because of the age of the three locks the tumblers could not be re-keyed so that I provided three used tumblers for replacement. The original cost of the project was around $270.00 but since I provided the tumblers the price dropped to less then $150.00. How can you do better?

The company's phone representative understood exactly what I was looking for. He invited me to text him photos of the two doors, then gave me a rough estimate within minutes. Locksmith Mario arrived later the same day, on time. He performed the installation neatly and well, and within the price range of the phone estimate. I found this company to be skilled, professional, and responsive to my needs. I recommend them and will hire them again.

The locksmith (Peter) arrived within a half hour of my call. He was professional and courteous and completed the job with no issues.

They was quick to respond. Booby and Kyle were professional and punctual. The removed the old lock and put in a new one. I would recommend these guys.

They were really familiar with this particular kind of lock, had all the equipment needed to fix it. It was a tricky job. I didn't even need to change keys.

Isaac was great. I called about a month ahead of time because I wanted the job done on a specific day and time. The day before the job he called to confirm our arrangement. Showed up on time, honored the Angies list deal, was neat, professional and made sure all was in great working order before leaving.

Avishay was great. Found him here on yelp and then did some follow up on Angie's list and all I found were great reviews, so I called him. Setting up appt was a breeze, he stopped by today and re-keyed 4 doors ( each with 2 locks) took him less then 1 hour. Fair price, courtesy and professional. Will definitely use him again in the future!!

I wish I would have fixed this sooner. Except, I learned from Avishay Yizhak, a locksmith and owner of The Professional Locksmith, that the firm is recently formed - - so they wouldn't have turns up on Angies List last fall. Avishay was very helpful and responsive to Angies a list messages and on the phone He offered to come solve my problem as soon as I wanted it solved and assured me that they were available 25/7. When he arrived in his new and fully equipped van, he assessed my problem, priced it fairly andworked quickly to fix the problem. (the key had been broken off in the lock for more than 6 months). Highly recommended.

He helped me with oiling down a stuck lock and other services that was not part of the Angie's list charge. What he did charge me for very inexpensive. It is hard to find great workers that are honest. I would definitely work with The Professional Locksmith again.

They came out, exchanged and resolved problem. Cut me keys on the spot. Pricing was extremely competitive compare to many others I dealt with.
