He gave me a detailed analysis of the entire property and guided me on what issues needed immediate attention. He didn’t rush through the inspection. He takes his time. He showed up on time and he’s very passionate about his work.

+ -1 moreAs first-time homeowners, we had virtually no experience in what to look for, and Mr. Zisook was kind enough to teach us. He knew a great deal about older houses and helped us determine what was important to fix and what was common to an old house. We were pleased with his responsiveness and professionalism. We would recommend him to anyone contemplating the purchase of an old (100+ year old) home.
Description of Work: Mr. Zisook did a complete inspection of the home that we eventually purchased. From the results of his inspection, we were able to negotiate the correction of some electrical work that was not up to code and potentially dangerous.

+ -1 moreMR. ZISOOK ARRIVED TO THE INSPECTION 15 MINUTES EARLIER AND HAD ALREADY BEGUN THE OUTSIDE INSPECTION. THE CONDO WE WERE LOOKING TO PURCHASE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1100SQ FEET AND THE HIS INSPECTION FROM BEGINNING TO END TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS. HE WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING HE WAS CHECKING AND EVEN EXPLAINED WHAT MINOR CHANGES COULD BE MADE TO IMPROVE THE LIFE OF CERTAIN ITEMS. HIS DEMEANOR IS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND VERY NO NONSENSE. I WALKED AWAY FEELING SATISFIED THAT I WAS PURCHASING A HOME WITH ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION.
