It went very well. The prices were very good and guys that came out were very nice. I am about to use them again!

THE WORK BEGAN IMMEDIATELY AND WAS COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION UNTIL I NOTICED THAT THE DOOR WAS AT LEAST TWO INCHES FROM THE FLOOR. WHILE THE INSTALLER MADE ADJUSTMENT ON THE THRESHOLD, I WENT TO PUT THE DOOR STOP IN TO KEEP IT OPEN AND THE DOOR COMPLETELY CLEARED THEE DOOR STOP. THERE IS AT LEAST 2 AND 1/2 INCHES FROM THE FLOOR TO THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. I' M NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF PROBLEM THISWILL CAUSE THIS WINTER BUT 2 AND 1/2 IN. SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF SPACE

They did a superior job! They were very informative and punctual. They were pleasant to deal with. They really took their time, making sure that everything was working correctly before they left. Three or four weeks later, I contacted them to repair a glass block window. They took at look at it and told me exactly what needed to be done, and they made the repairs quickly. They did a beautiful job! I would hire them again and again.

Contacted this store that specializes in doors and security gates. Visited showroom. Scheduled next day for estimates. Prompt arrival, knowledgeable salesman. Did measurements and did not oversell. Explained job and provided estimate right away. 3 weeks for arrival of doors and gates. Store called to schedule installation and arrived next day. Installer arrived on time and worked non-stop for 12 hours to finish estimated 11/2 day job in one day. Neat job, done very well. Kept work site clean throughout the day and hauled away all debris and old doors and gates. Installation very solid and complete. Recommended.

We found them through Angie's List. I refused to pay the bill, as that's how poorly the job was. The door started rotting because it wasn't fit properly.

I am very pleased with them. They were very courteous and informative. They weren't pushy. They are very good.

Scott called me within a week that the doors were ready and we set-up a time and date to install. Again, he arrived at the time we agreed on. He took his time and explained some problems I had from the other doors not being installed correctly which caused rottening under the door threshold and cold air entering into the house. Scott replaced each door and cleaned up.

The whole experience went very well. The intake on the phone was very pleasant. My estimate was done a couple days later by a gentleman named Scott. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and pleasant as well. The estimate was reasonable so I decided to have The Door Store perform the work. The next week Scott came back to begin working. He remove the old door and frame,rebuilt and installed a new frame and door. I was very happy. The work was very clean and done in a timely manner. I would recommend The Door Store to anyone and definately have them come back to perform more work at my home. Great Job!

They did everything that I asked. I wanted it keyed the same as my front door and they did that for a minimal charge. I went to the location and I looked at the doors because I wanted to be sure of what I was getting. They were very accommodating. The price was more within my budget. One thing that I was not terribly happy about was on the inside of the door, the metal joints are not smooth. It s not a big thing. I m very happy with the door.

This was the first time I had used their services. Overall they were OK. Their installer was excellent. He was a remarkable young man and was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The work took alot longer than expected because of missing parts in the installation and they had to come a number of times when the issue was relatively simple.

He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave me all the time I needed to provide me with the necessary information. While he has not performed a service for me at this point I am very pleased with what I have experienced.

From start to finish this was one of the most efficient and satisfying home improvement jobs that I have contracted for. Store personnel was polite and knew product well; staff that came to make measurements was on time and accurate and installer was a marvel! He came on time, brought all the appropriate equipment, and was able to install all four doors in one work day! He had to make some carpentry adjustments to cope with our 90 year old door frames, but The work was expertly done. Installer cleaned up all evidence of work. Doors and security storm doors are handsome in appearance and extremely well designed. While possibly more expensive than the "home improvement stores" I feel the quality of the both the product and the installation far outweighed any questions of cost.

I am sorry that I do not know a quote price off hand because every door was a different style and everyone wanted different hardware on some. However, I would like to tell you how very professional they were. They were very cooperative with coming out and measuring to get the definite quotes. They were very good and very responsive with to us too. This company has their own installers, too. They were very professional, understanding, and very great. I am pleased to say that I contacted them and I feel they were very well worth it. If they were to do the job, I am confident that they would do a great job.

After someone broke into my brownstone over the weekend, they came out to assess the damage. They made sure to secure one of the doors that was broken and scheduled to come out on Tuesday since they needed to order some parts. They were good on advice and very knowledgeable on what I should use for the older building that I have. For the most part they did great. He had to come out a few times and was late an hour once but I feel we are secure again and better prepared.

Terrific! Mike arrived early for the appointment and completed the job promptly and professionally. He was neat, polite and thorough in explaining what he was doing. Thanks for making a difficult situation simple.

Frank came out to give us an estimate. He was very nice and friendly. We wanted to go with him to replace our door. He said he'd give us a quote within 2 to 3 days. That never happened. I've called 3 times now. I haven't gotten a call back from anyone at that locations.

Michael arrive ahead of me and waited patiently. He immediately got to work extracting the remains of the original doors. Main sections of the framing were pre-cut prior to his arrival on the day of installation. The work was completed single-handedly in approximately 3.5 hours. All remains from the broken doors were hauled away by Mike after sweeping up all sawdust and debris both inside the basement entrance and outside on the back patio. I was very pleased with the timeliness of the work and the clean-up.

The quote was reasonable for the work and materials required. Frank arrived as promised, began working and continued until the job was completed (including working in the rain). He was pleasant, professional and did a really nice job.

Bob was wonderful. He was there when he said he would be, was very detail oriented, & obviously took pride in his work. Would definitely hire again for door or window installation.

They were on time. I went into the business priced them and was very comfortable with the price. It took a little time for some one to help me while at the store
