They are very professional. They can do just about anything from deep feeding to trimming to analyzing problems with the shrubs and trees. They do a good job. They have qualified arborists on staff.

I have been very happy with them. They are very responsive when they call. They have feedback cards and want to know how the job went. They clean up nicely and I think they are priced reasonably. I have been using them for 20 years.

They did a excellent job and were very conscientious as I live on a busy street. They cleaned it up and left the place remarkably cleaner when they got here. Their pricing was reasonable.

A proffesional Arborist came out to look at the tree and answer my questions. He gave me some recomendations on my young tree. We signed on for a 2 stage program where next they'll do a pruning to enhance it's growth. What I like about them is that they don't bill you until the work is done. They were very profesional. I just wish they would have given me a heads up as to when they were coming out to do the work as they were finishing up the work as I was waking up in the morning, and I like to watch the work being done.

They provided the services that they rendered and it was well done. They did everything in a timely manner from when I called and I would hire them again.

So far the tree looks healthy. Service was timely and hopefully will improve its growth.

It's been fine using them. We'll continue to use them in the future.

Allan, was the one who came out to give us an estimate, he was very friendly and prompt. He let us know that we didn't need to worry about some other trees that we had questions about. They got the permits they needed to get for the trimming, showed up on time and cleaned up the debris well when they were finished - all to my specifications.

They are very knowledgable about their business and maintain my tree it just fine. All of our neighbors use them & I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

The Thugs from the Care of Trees told me I was "disrespecting" them because I asked them to move their truck from in front of my driveway. They were performing services for my neighbor, and instead of pulling into my neighbors' OPEN driveway, or even just pulling into the opening in front of my building, they chose to block my driveway. And for good measure, when I returned a few hours later, I saw that they had blown all the debris from my neighbors yard onto the path for my building entrance. They are very knowledgable and give wonderful services.

When I spoke to them, they seemed to be honest and very open about what they were going to do. Its hard to comment about their price, but it was a big job and it was hard work. But in my opinion, it was a little high. I would use this company again, if I couldn't find anyone else who could do it cheaper

They provide good service. They are responsive, did exactly what I asked them to and the pricing was fair.

We have a great big tree in the backyard. They trim it and do some spraying. There are a few apple trees as well. They clean up after themselves.

I called to schedule an appointment, and Charlie showed up right on time for our meeting. I showed him the main problem-a large limb from a was growing over smaller ornamental trees and blocking them from the sun, and starting to hit the roof on windy days. Charlie pointed out the 2nd tree with a smaller branch he thought would cause similar problems within a year or 2. He lined out the quote to address both issues separately, giving a discounted rate for the 2nd tree since he'd already be on site. I decided to get both trees pruned and called to set an appointment several weeks later. They were able to set up a time within a week even though they needed to line up a bucket truck. I was not on site for the appointment but returned home to two great-looking trees and a clean site with no debris. The trees were trimmed subtly but significantly, keeping the general overall appearance and shape, just looking like they had a great haircut. The job went smoothly from start to finish.

They are the best company in the region. We have used them on several other occasions and have always been happy with the job they do. They may not be the cheapest, but they absolutely know trees. They do a very good job of cleaning up all the debris.

Had a first meeting with Allen who bid the job. He was just great. Told him we were selling the house and we just wanted to trim any branches that might fall on house or sidewalk, not every little branch possible as we would not be living there. He got the point, gave us a good bid. Work was done the next week. They waited until they had a bucket truck available as they were worried that one branch might fall on the house if trimmed without the bucket truck.

The quality of the work for the 3 trees seemed good. I am disappointed that one of the trees is going back and that they did not grind that stump. The estimated also said that they would trim one of the trees, but when the workers got there they refused to do it. Otherwise the quality seemed good and I would likely use them again.

The young lady forester spent a lot of time deciding how to thin out the older tree without harming future growth! After the work was done, the company cleaned up EVERY TWIG AND LEAF from the ground. They are VERY PROFESSIONAL!

Service was excellent! Our arborist, Allen Matthews, came out to review the work and provide an estimate. His suggestions on how to best trim the Hawthorn were excellent. He made sure to remind us that the overall appearance of the tree would change but that significant pruning was needed to safeguard the tree's health. His estimate was spot on and an appointment was scheduled that same day. They were actually able to come out to our house sooner than anticipated as a nearby job finished early. We were out of town when the work was done, but returned home to find it completed and all debris removed. You wouldn't have known anyone had been in our yard, it was that clean.

I had to make an appointment which was over a month but once they got here they were able to finish the job within the hour. They cleaned up what they cut.

The Care of Trees are truly arborists. They know about trees and are very responsive to my questions. They arrived on time and were very accommodating to my schedule. I'm very impressed with their expertise concerning trees.
