Description of Work: They evaluated the health of my tree and trimmed back the dead branches and cleaned up the shape. I felt they were very honest and did not try to sell me services I did not need. Work was done as scheduled and the workers were very thorough and polite.

Description of Work: Answered all my questions and some I didn't know I had. Did everything they promised and took care of a small problem that had arisen since their quote. Cleaned up after themselves - leaving the grounds and the trees looking beautiful. I thought there quote was expensive until I saw how high in the trees they went and the care with which they treated the trees. I will have them back on a regular basis - the trees are too dear an investment not to have the best treatment.

Description of Work: We had a Magnolia tree that had scale and we were not sure if it was too late to save it. I called Care of trees and they set up a no cost consultation and within a week Alan came out to assess the situation. He informed us that the tree was for the most part beyond help and advised what it would cost to remove and replace. The estimate seemed a bit high to me and since we had already decided that we would not do anything as far as replacement due to limited funds for landscaping we had our landscaper cut the tree down and leave the stump and root. . Alan was very professional and had we decided to proceed with the work we would have obtained another estimate and then had something to compare it to.

Description of Work: Great company .From the salesman ,the customer service and the 3 man crew, it was a great experience. I had an apple tree that was splitting in half and just really messy removed.It was in the middle of the yard ,blocking everything and was dying.The guy showed up on time .I think 700am sharp and were done by 900am ish .They cleaned everything up including the few apples that were on the ground. Look no further ,Ihad 3 estimates and these guys beat everyone out. Plus they are fully insured ,uniforms ,real pros. Great job ,friendly service. I hardly new they were there.
