Description of Work: They were amazingly responsive, there the same day my husband called at the time they agreed on. We had them out to look at the our refrigerator/freezer because I thought stuff wasn't freezing or staying as cold. I was right, the guy said we had a Freon leak. He told my husband he could fix it, but it would make more sense to buy a new one. I appreciated his honesty, he could have fixed it and not said anything. |I absolutely will use them again for appliance repair.

Description of Work: Fridge repair. Had problem with first tech in that he went out on emergency leave without passing on the initial assessment and parts we needed for repair to the owners. Leslie got another tech out very quickly to confirm diagnosis and got repair done ASAP |This A+ business took what could have been a bad service call into a great recovery. That's how I judge a business's |Use this company!

Description of Work: Repaired washer and looked at oven and declared it dead. I appreciated the honesty on the oven. Washer repair was prompt and he was very professional. I would recommend Appliance King.

Description of Work: I purchased a certificate for The Appliance King and he came to my house to repair my 5 year old dryer. The repair came in looked at the dryer less than 5 minutes, said I needed a new machine and left. He was very polite but I spent $89,00 and did not receive much service. If I had called ABT the money would have gone towards a new dryer.

Description of Work: I loved the customer service with Appliance King. I wanted to have my electronic board fixed on my Thermador double oven and the compressor cleaned on my sub-zero. The 'vacuum condensor' light was on so, even though we had cleaned it 1 month prior, they did another complete cleaning. Very professional and on time for appointment. The 'vacuum condensor' light went off, but came on two days later. I called back and they said I'd need to contact sub zero as they had nothing to do with possible ice/freon issues. It was never looked into, so it turned out not to be a freon issue but a leak in the coil. If you only need basic service/replacement, I think that this is a fabulous company. If you need to get a possible multi-problem issue handled, you would be paying two service calls. I should mention that I had an Angie's List Deal for Appliance king for the service and paid approx. 400 for the oven panel ( a great deal) and 75 for the sub zero (not a great deal as it had to be redone), I think it was a wash. I would recommend and hire them again for specific items.
