Usually he is able to come within 24 hours of my call. He is always prompt, polite and friendly.

I called Applicance King to schedule a repair for our washer that was creating a burning smell. Serviceman arrived during the designated time frame and was friendly and efficient with fixing the problem. Price was reasonable and I received the Angie's list discount.

They did a great job, my wife was really happy with their punctuality and speed of the repair.

I love these people. From the first phone call to the follow up and the service men themselves. Friendly, comfortable, efficient, no stress and did I say NO STRESS. The price always seems to be reasonable. They are Good People! Like Family!

I had washed a throw rug that was a definite "no no". The entire backing of the rug came off and totally plugged up our 19 year-old washer and ultimately pushed the pump into having a "heart attack". Chris from Appliance King showed up the next day and was right on time. He replaced the pump, and cleaned out both drainage hoses (they were totally clogged). The strain on the pump was too much for the machine and it also needed replacement. I was delighted with the competency, friendliness, and courtesy of the service man, and fully intend to use them again if and when needed.

The repairman, Steve, arrived on time (perhaps even a little early). He was professional, friendly, and quick. He identified the problem, which was a relatively easy and inexpensive fix. He had the part in his truck, so the work was all done within an hour.

They gave me a 2 hour window and came within that time. The guy told me what not to do and didn't push anything on me. He checked the oven and told me that the ignition will need to be repaired soon, but to wait on it until it goes out because it wouldn't cost me any more. He told me not to self clean the oven, as it can kill the computer board. He also said not to worry about the gasket that was fraid, which was one of the reasons I called them to begin with. I had a handyman that didn't push it in well, and it was hitting the dishwasher. This guy got on the floor, took both of his feet, and pushed the oven back in very evenly. He was very helpful and I appreciated all that he did for me.

Making an appointment was extremely easy. The person who set it up was professional and courteous and offered several available times for that same week. The service professional showed up in the window of time anticipated, and was extremely nice. He didn't take long to diagnose the problem and make the repair.

My refrigerator wasn't keeping cold. I called for service on Monday morning, and they came out the same day. The woman scheduling the appointment was helpful, and gave me cost of visit and hourly service. The repairperson arrived on time. He gave me the approximate cost to repair the defrost mechanism, and also gave me approximate age of our fridge (it came with the house)--suggesting that it would also be reasonable to replace fridge. I opted to repair-- and now the refrigerator is keeping cool. He also cleaned and checked the furnace, which didn't take very long...and was thorough in describing what he had done when I asked. I couldn't be happier and would recommend this company again.

Appliance King was excellent. I called and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. They gave me a two hour window and the technician actually arrived 20 minutes early. He identified the problem -- a broken ignitor -- and had the dryer fixed within fifteen minutes. He was very informative and explained to me what was wrong and how to properly maintain my dryer going forward. The prices seemed just a little bit higher than others, but still reasonable. Overall I was very pleased with their prompt and professional service. I would definitely use them again.

I have had them multiple times and they are very good. I call them and they come the next day. They are really good about just fixing the little piece that is not working and don't charge me for things that I don't need.

The technician was punctual and knowledgeable. He cleaned the furnace, made sure everything was functioning properly and gave me a few pieces of advice to improve the performance of my furnace. I was very happy.

It was perfect. He arrives on time, and he is honest about what needs to be done. I would recommend him to anybody.

They are very responsive when I call them with a problem. The guys who come out are always knowledgeable and they can always come up with a solution. I think that their prices are reasonable. I have had a good experience with The Appliance King.

Leslie in the office was very helpful in determining whether my problem could be solved before I purchased a new stack washer/dryer. Armand came and was polite and quick! Will call again.

When the washing machine broke, I called Appliance King and was able to make an appointment the next day. The repair man, Arman, was extremely polite and professional. He called before coming over, told me exactly what was wrong with the machine(including showing me the necessary replacement parts)and gave me an oral estimate before doing the work.

I got a quick appointment time, the technician was prompt, spent one hour working on the machine including a run to the local Home Depot to get a special tool to assist his exploration of my problem. At the end of one hour, he told me the reason for the machine's failure to go from one cycle to the next (badly frayed belt), the trouble he was having removing the belt (had to remove a set of screws mounted on the motor casing, which were stripped completely), and what he would have to do in order to complete a repair on my problem (cut off the screws which meant buying a whole new motor for the machine, in addition to the simple belt replacement). He and I agreed that the money I would spend on doing all this would be "good money after bad" because the machine is very old already. I decided on the spot that I would have to purchase a new machine instead of repairing this old one, thanks to the honest evaluation that the technician gave me. Charging me only for 1 hour of his time, despite the extra mileage he had to put on his vehicle to go to Home Depot, was a wonderful surprise.

Call to set up appointment was answered promptly and politely. Service man showed up at the time promised, completed work and gave advice on use of dishwasher. Very good service.

Instead of one call to check for what was needed and another to make the repair, the technician showed up with parts in hand, made the repair swiftly and made sure that I knew there is a two year warranty on their work. I was very pleased.

We called appliance king to clean out our dryer because of a smell. The repairman found some dirty lint which he removed in about 10 minutes. This resolved most of the problem and the repairman said the dryer was clean. Last night I checked the dryer because of another reason and discovered that it was still dirty. I cleaned that out and now the smell is totally gone. He resolved the majority of the problem but I was disappointed that he did not completely clean out the unit as we asked.

Tech was half an hour late, and no one phoned to make me aware, so I thought they were not coming. Immediately after I left a message with the office saying that I was upset, the tech knocked on my door. And although the tech did not apologize for being late, the office did phone me to make sure I was happy.
