Hired TDH in 2019 for a furnace/AC replacement in a rental property and again this month for a boiler replacement in my home. I am very pleased with both projects. Everyone I contacted from TDH are very professional. I have a tight area to fit in the furnace, HVAC system and water heater, but they manage to install everything neatly. The install guys showed up on time and finished in one day. I requested the haul-away a few days before the installation. The guy not just cleaned up the area but also spent time writing detailed notes for his fellow installers. That was really impressive.

TDH was recommended to me by a former customer. I received an on-site estimate within a day and for less than 2 previous estimates from other companies. The techs were great, and after they left my house was spotless. They even threw in some extras for the disabled vet getting the work.

Great experience but they didn't enclose the cables post work and it was an issue at closing.

They came within less than 24 hours they installed a new AC and furnace at very good price. They explained everything in advance and the installers were polite efficient and completed the job within the timeframe they had given me. After the work was completed they took the time to go over the operation of each new unit, answered my questions and then gave me advice on activating my warranty with the manufacturer. I have no problem recommending TDH to anyone. With so many disreputable heating and AC companies I was fortunate to hire them for the installation.

This is a good company. They came in, did an install, cleaned up in 1 day. Very good communication. I would definitely recommend these men to anybody. Very Professional! Thanks y'all!

The sales process was great and they made it seamless. That piece alone may have resulted in a better review; My reviews are based on what is left for the customer when done. In this case, the installation team did NOT know how to install a smart thermostat, resulting in my air conditioner kicking on in the dead of winter (bad for the system) when I was not home! They quickly sent someone out to address it, but it should have been avoided. Ultimately they overrode the system,, again incorrectly so I had to resolve myself with Ecobee when I got home. - It was a simple problem avoidable with training. Lastly, upon new air install, I realized they did not use OEM Trane parts or a variable speed fan. I paid for Trane I wanted Trane. The lesson learned on my part but did not leave a good impression as a result.

The crew was absolutely wonderful nice and answered all of my questions. They cleaned up everything when they were done installing my new ac unit. Highly Recommend them.

I was in the market for a new furnace and air conditioner and got about six estimates before deciding to go with TDH. I chose TDH because of their strong ratings on several different platforms including BBB and Yelp. They also had very competitive cost compared to the other companies. Ken took me through the estimate process very quickly and the installation was done within the day, as promised. Mark proved to be very polite, protected our floors during the install and explained everything I needed to know when he finished the install. You couldn't even tell they were there after the job was complete. I would highly recommend TDH for new equipment installs.

I received a GREAT price on the installation f 2 NEW Trane Central AC Units; I received no-interest financing for 15 months; and the installation crew was FANTASTIC!!!

I didn't have the opportunity to check the work myself, but they were fast providing a quote, they fast scheduling the job, they were on time and finish the job on time. My tenant informed everything looked good after the installation of a new A/C and Furnace. I am very happy customer!
