The office staff and work crew were all very accommodating and friendly. The work crew with George at the helm, checked in with us regularly about where to place the refrigerator lines and offered creative solutions. They were here right on time, kept a clean worksite, and left promptly when they were done. Our heating company closed due to the pandemic, so we will use TDH for our future HVAC and heating needs. TDH Mechanical exceeded my expectations. My furnace failed on a Friday afternoon. Jim from TDH responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled a same day appointment. When he learned that we would be without heat for the weekend, he made a point to schedule a crew for Saturday morning instead of having us wait until Monday. This was an example of top-notch customer service. We couldn't have asked for a better crew. Jose and Andres arrived Saturday morning as promised and were just as courteous and professional as Jim. Their attention to detail and the craftsmanship of their work were exceptional. For example, we didn't ask them to raise the furnace off of the basement floor, but they thought to do so anyway, in case the basement flooded later. We didn't ask them to add a switch with an AC outlet, but they did so anyway, in case we needed to plug in something while we were in the basement. We didn't ask them to teach us how to use the new devices, but they did so and answered all of our questions. These are just a few of many examples of the pride they took in their work and the quality product and service that they provided. Another example of excellent customer service. To say we're happy 1st time customers is an understatement. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jim, Jose, and Andres. We are customers for life now. We'll see you this summer when we call you back to replace our air conditioner.

Jose and his partner came out and installed a furnace and ac unit and put in the line for the AC since the home had never had one and recommended the ecobee thermostat and even installed it for me. They also, cleaned out the duct work as well. They were very informative and cleaned up behind themselves.

We have hired Tim from TDH Mechanical for the following; dual water heaters, dual AC and dual furances. Three different service times for the new installs. Prior to that we used TDH to service our original systems when our original guy retired. I cannot recommend TDH enough. They come in and do a great job, very professional. Make sure they do not creat a mess when removing the old systems and cleaning completely when finished. All this for a great price. Services include a complete warranty for parts and service. If we have any questions, Tim returns calls right away and answers our questions. Quality and value. A great combination. Highly recommended!
