They delivered the new furnace a day after I contacted them, and it was installed the day after that. The price was very competitive. The new furnace is working great.

TDH has been my "go to" company since 2013 when they installed 2 furnaces, 2 air conditioners, 2 humidifiers and in 2015 two water heaters. Professional, reliable, customer centered. Most highly recommend.

The technicians had a difficult job to do when replacing my furnace and a/c. They knew what to do and needed to replace several things, and they didn't charge me any extra! I have nothing but praise for their quality of work, professionalism, and friendliness. What they accomplished looks like a work of art! Also, Tim and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and you can trust them to do what's right at a very fair price!

I received onsite estimates from several companies to replace our furnace and AC units. Tim from TDH commented the plumbing of the water heater did not look good to him and offered to take care of that at the same time. The personal attention to detail and labor warranty was unmatched by any competitor, plus being the lowest overall price TDH was clearly the best value. The installers Jose and Isreal were also great to work with, no hesitation when I requested addressing some craftsmanship issues during the installation on New Years Eve. Thanks to the team at TDH, we were able to enjoy a warm home on New Years eve! I highly recommend Tim and TDH.

I hired the company to replace my furnace and air conditioner. In the end the project turned out fine, but to get there, I had an issue with the first person who came to install the furnace and air conditioner. This is the message that I sent to Tim, the owner: â Hello Tim, Jacquie suggested that I text you about Jose Andres, the guy that Dimitry sent to my house to install the new air conditioner and furnace. To give you some idea of some of the ways he behaved and the things he said, one of the first thing out of his mouth was "do you want to keep this humidifier?" (the old one). I said "noâ , you are supposed to put in a new one", and he said "show me the proposal". I said "you don't know what you're supposed to do?" Then he said "okay, okay, I got the proposal". [He was running upstairs asking me questions like that the whole time.] â Either he does not want to do his job or he does not know what he is doing. There are screws missing from the furnace, air leaking from the back of the furnace, and it was not mounted evenly. He was slamming things on my floor in my basement, He had an attitude that he could say and do anything to disrespect me and my house. He even left trash on my front lawn (from the job) that he did not remove. He really caught me by surprise with that behavior. I was angry to a very serious point!! Just one more thing, I woke up the next morning with no hot water. He did not connect the hot water heater and someone had to come out here and connect the hot water heater probably at your company's expense. That's one reason I call him incompetent.( that's not even all he said and did). I would like to know what you think about all this.â Tim never responded to my message. Alfredo was sent out and had to re-do the whole installation job that Jose Andres messed up, my tip is DO NOT LET THIS GUY NEAR YOUR HOUSE. It looks like Alfredo did a good job. I believe I got a good deal with the air conditioner and the furnace.
