The techs Enrique & Alberto were great, they were on time, courteous & cleaned everything up when they were thru. Gave clear instructions on how the HVAC worked.

Had the Hvac combo unit installed in my condo.installation was better than the original. Very good work.There was a hiccup with the condensate drain hose that was leaking. They said they would come back to fix it.I was easily able to fix it myself. I didn't want to wait around for them to come back.

The company was very professional & efficient. Also they had excellent communication skills with follow up. I will use them in the future & recommend them to others.

Experienced and thoughtful were my first thoughts when I first talked with company rep. Price was good compared with other company who initially quoted $9000 for the installation of two conditioners.

They were professional and quick to schedule my central air replacement. They worked efficiently and put effort into troubleshooting to get the job done. We got prices from several other companies, and their pricing was very good.

The technician that was sent out was incredibly helpful, professional, clean and easy to work with. The job ended up taking a day longer than initially expected but they were very patient throughout the entire process and did not leave until everything was working in great condition.

Tim was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and gave us a great deal. The guys who did the work took the time to lay down drop cloths to protect our carpet. They were very polite and respectful. This company comes highly recommended.

I could not have asked for better service working with TDH Mechanical, Inc. I was in desperate need of a new AC and ultimately ended up getting the full HVAC installed with a great price and great service. Both systems had run it's course, with the A/C going out first. TDH performed the job on less than a day's notice and completed the work in one day with no issues. They were prompt and ready to start at 7:00 and finished by 5:00. They answered my questions and didn't mind me checking on their progress throughout the day and cleaned up very well after their work. I am very happy with the overall process thanks to Tim, Alfredo and Alexis! I am smiling!

Excellent Customer Service, a rare commodity these days. Received an estimate via text after forwarding pics, which saved booking an appt for a free estimate. Enrique & Caesar were @ my Mon s home very next morning at 7:00 AM. After 5 hours of installing new AC unit, they did a professional job, were courteous, cleaned up & could not be more pleased w quality of workmanship & product. Will always use them in the future & highly recommend.

I received quotes from other vendors to perform what I thought was a simple task of changing the fluid whip. TDH Mechanical was extremely fair in price. Their customer service was great and the gentleman who came to repair our unit was friendly and quick. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I cannot stress how wonderful it is to work with TDH. Tim is so responsive and wonderful when it comes to answering all questions and really walking you through the process--especially when you are clueless, like us. We had a particularly hard job--a rooftop unit, which required a crane and a custom made support box. Wojtek oversaw the installation. That man is a master. TDH is professional and really stands behind their work. They are beyond helpful and quick with shockingly large jobs. I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs. I plan on preaching the TDH-word to anyone who will listen to me and hope that many others hire them as well. Awesome job & thank you! A+++++++
