Basement sump pump motor continually turned on (load humming), but did not pump the water from the basin to outside sewer on a Sunday afternoon. I called Kevin Taylor to ask if he could look at it. He came within the hour. Told me to unplug the sump pump and he would be back the next day to see if whatever was stuck would dissolve otherwise he would have to replace the pump. He came back Monday morning and replaced the pump, but it was much more reasonably priced compared to the one originally placed in there less than two years ago. I was shocked that he was willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon. He was friendly, professional and seemed knowledgeable about the problem.
