Description of Work: They were absolutely great. Showed what was wrong and fixed it. Came when scheduled, on time, and were fantastic about the clean up. They even cleaned up an area where they had no debris. I will always call them first.

Description of Work: I initially contacted Tans' Quality Roofing for a quote on a compete rip and replace job for a new investment property. We scheduled an appointment, which I confirmed one more time on the phone and... no one showed! I had to drive half an hour to the property. Made a curtaisy call from the road (which went to a machine) that I am running 4-5 min late due to traffic. Made three additional calls once at the property in the next 40 min while waiting. No response. No call back. EVER! It is simply unbelievable that a business would not respond in ANY way.

Description of Work: We had some wind damage after some strong storms. The workers were able to come out a week earlier than scheduled--much to our relief.

Description of Work: TQR replaced a portion of the roof. They initially delayed the work date, which was fine, however, they did not let us know the rescheduled date and just arrived one morning. Some communication ahead of time would have been appreciated. We chose TQR over their competitors because the estimated costs came out lower and because of their Angies list ratings, but the initial estimate, we discovered, was fairly lacking. It could have been much more thorough in order to accurately assess the scope of work and costs involved. Clean up could have been more thorough as well as we found a lot of nails and roof debris in our backyard. We wouldn't rule them out as a provider in the future, but we would be more mindful about comparing their estimate line for line with their competitors' estimates.

Description of Work: Repaired wind damaged dormer with aluminum siding.

Description of Work: Fixed hyge roof leak; replaced skylight, rotten wood. It was a big job and they did a great job.

Description of Work: TQR came out to make some roof repairs. This involved preforming installation of several new stacks and vents to replace old leaky ones. There were also several damaged shingles that were replaced. | |Overall experience was very positive.

Description of Work: These guys were wonderful. I received a detailed proposal, better that what any other contractor provided. The work was completed just as they said and they kept me informed before and during the project. I'd absolutely hire them again!

Description of Work: Got leaves out of gutter on roof.

Description of Work: Successfully repaired 4 soft spots on my building's roof. Arrived promptly, did the work as requested, adapted quickly to some structural problems they found, and stayed on a second day to get the work done. The crew was informative, friendly, and transparent. | |The only challenge we experienced was that the work truck left a big oil stain in our driveway.

Description of Work: Total tear off of numerous layers of roof on an 1880's 3-story frame house, redecking, reconstruction of chimney, re-roofing flat roof on the addition. The roof looks great. Besides starting a day later than planning, TQR was generally prompt and responsive. Our only complaints were that plants, a motion-activated exterior light, and a neighbor's screen were damaged during the work. TQR gave us a small discount to make up for the damage to the plants. They were also responsive when we complained that debris remained scattered in the yard after the work was finished. So far, we are very happy with the roof and satisfied with their response to collateral damage that happened during the work.

Description of Work: They went up and fixed and fix the shingles and reattach the gutter. They also cleaned the gutter when they were supposed to reattach it. They went above and beyond to do the job.

Description of Work: I had to call 3 times for a return call. Thier ballpark number was higher so went with another company.
