Description of Work: I give up trying to give companies like this my business. Emailed on 4/20 asking if they would be willing to provide a quote on various work I need done on my roof and new windows. No response to my request so I doubt they will be able to survive this housing crisis with a business model that doesn't even respond to leads.

THIS CUSTOMER FOUND US THROUGH SOME 3RD PARTY CONSTRUCTION LEAD SITE WE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN. HIS EMAIL WENT TO OUR SPAM, BECAUSE IT INCLUDED INFORMATION ABOUT 7 JOBS, AND THE WORK WAS HVAC RELATED. THIS MEMBER HAS NO RIGHT POSTING A MESSAGE LIKE THIS!

Wonderful!
Description of Work: Tan's roofing came out and found leaks in our roof that were coming in through our closet. Upon finding the leaks on one side, they came back and checked the other side of the building and found a similar problem. The estimate came via email within 1-2 days including pictures of what the problem was, and once our condo association approved it they were out within 3 days. This is what they did; 1. apply asphalt primer corner of cinder block wall 6" wide on each side and to metal metal coping cap at corner near stairs, 2. Torch-apply a smooth, 4mm layer "Ruberoid" modified membrane to corner and metal cap, 3. Apply solar seal caulking to all flashing seams.

He did follow-up phone calls.
Description of Work: Everyone else told me I would have to replace my gutters, but Paul Tansey told me they could be rehung-- and that's what he did. He also cleaned the upper gutter, and was happy to do that. He warned me that it was a pretty cold day, so if there was any problem to call him back. I didn't feel that I needed to withhold a part of the payment because he made a good first impression.
