I went with this company because of the price but let me tell you, you get exactly what you pay for. I confirmed my move the day before and Steve told me that they would be at my home between 6-7am. I woke up extra early to make sure that everything would be all set and ready to go. The movers did not bother to call me to tell me that they were running behind and they did not show up until 8:30am. When they got there everything went fine. They loaded the truck in about 2hours with three men and then they left. I assumed that they were on the way to Indianapolis. I called to check and one of the movers told me that they were having problems with the truck and would need to get another truck. So they had to move all of my stuff from one truck to another and apparently they just threw my stuff on the second truck because a lot of it was damaged when they finally made it to Indianapolis 9 hours later. My move was not complete until 9pm and Indianapolis is only about 3 hours away.

When I called for a quote the person who took my information said that they would work up an estimate and I should call back the next day. When I called back the next day a different person answered and had to retake the information and quoted me a cost of $250. I agreed and set the date. The night before the move the original person I spoke to called me back asking if I still wanted the move. I said ''yes, I have everything packed.'' I was then informed that the price would be slightly higher due to the distance to the storage unit. It was OK, the price was still reasonable. The movers were to start at 8:30 but I received a call the next morning saying that they were on there way at 8:45. The movers arrived at 9:30. They were polite and careful. They also worked very quickly. These guys were fast and relatively careful moving my things to Oak Park 30 days later. Four movers completed the move in record time with no major damage, just the minor kind of stuff you expect during any move.

THEY WERE GREAT. I WAS SKEPTICAL BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS SO LOW, BUT THEY WERE REALLY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE AT LEAST 500 DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN THE OTHERS! I WONDER WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE IF WE HAD REALLY EXPENSIVE NICE STUFF? THEY WEREN'T THE MOST CAREFUL, BUT WE HAD NO PROBLEMS.
