I have had good luck with them. I am very happy with them. Especially since we have animals. I comb my dog off the rug every day, and off the rest of the floor. They call you back, I have the 800 number, pretty easy to schedule them. I can even ask for the same one you have out that works on your house. You can request the same people the next time around, which I like. I plan to as a matter of fact. I probably will call in the next day or two.

Seems like they could move some of the furniture around.

They’re okay. They’re nothing special. I’ll probably call them again. I wasn’t overly impressed. They do the same thing as Sears. They come out boom, boom, boom and they’re done. Price wise I don’t suppose you can find anyone more reasonable. They have their $99 special first and then they want to sell you all the extra stuff to go with it, so I’m gonna say it was $130. I probably will use them again. I don’t know where else to go actually.

Years ago, they used to be good, now they just come in and just go bing, bam, boom as quick as they can get out. I have used them quite a few times in the last 17 years. Like I said, in the beginning they were really good, but now it?s like the quicker they can get out the better, I guess.?They could improve on spending more time on the carpets when they?re cleaning them, not rushing it, and soaking up more. They say they leave your carpeting damp, but no it?s not damp, it?s wet. Expect your carpet to be wet, not damp.

I would never use them again for nothing. I used them about six months ago, and used them several times. I just did not care for them. I have an big apartment, and they come in trying to sell you so much services, I only wanted a certain thing done. I just would not use them again. They were doing their job, but they were trying to sell you other stuff.

I think my husband purchased a $99 Big Deal. My husband said while they were here he asked them to go over certain areas again and they were more than willing to do the work to his satisfaction.

They were good! One thing I like is that they didn’t use any of my supplies, they had everything. They were quick, they were prompt. It’s overall good.

They left more dirt than they started with. He tried to up sell me the whole time he was here. They were not good.

I have not been happy with them. I don't think they do a good job to be honest. They did come back and did it again. Maybe it was the carpeting. Not them. Maybe it just wasn't in good enough shape to do. The carpet didn't look any different after they did it than before they came. They did come back two times. Could've been my product too. I don't know. I think the price was very reasonable. The men were very nice and accommodating. They ended up making sure they could use their better equipment. There were marks on the carpet that I really did think would come out. Maybe that wasn't their fault. They also did our sofa. Maybe the marks just wanted to stay. I don't know. I'm not sure if I would use them again. We called in somebody else, and they were three times the cost. If you're looking for a company and you don't want perfection..... They do play with prices. You think it's going to be one price and then it ends up being something else.

They did a good job. They did an excellent job, my carpet was pretty dirty and they did a wonderful job in taking things out so it was a good service, the only thing I would say is you know they try to sell you other types of treatments for the carpet to keep it clean and everything and I didn't need that so I didn't take it and if anybody you know was thinking that the $99 for the two rooms would be it without anybody suggesting anything else it wouldn't happen, I just told them no and they were fine with that. Very polite and very nice.

They are kind of pricey but they do a good job. I have used them a lot of time. Their advertising says one thing like $99 for a room or something but what they don’t tell you is if they can’t get the stain out they start to charge you like these other copays so you ended up paying more but in the end, they do a pretty good job. They also do duct cleaning. I think they should be a little bit clearer about the price. For instance, they should tell you that you have to pay what the $99 cover. So they should just basically say two rooms door $99 you get it cleaned but what they don't tell you is if they can’t clean it they will charge additional prices for like deodorizing and some other stuff. The customer needs to know that it’s more money if they can’t clean it. Cleaning is only hot water like steaming and that’s basically it. At the end of the day, they did get everything cleaned. It was supposed to be an allergy cleaning so if you have allergies or asthma and stuff like that and that’s why we like them. They will work with you as far as if they have to go over the carpet more than once. Depending on who you get to come out, the worker himself will go over it again of you are not happy. They do try to satisfy the customer before they leave.

They did a nice job. What I didn't like about them was that I requested a service to be done when I called and when the guys came, they started talking about something else that I thought was included in the service. It wasn't because they were stating that I had to pay extra for the services and it wasn't clear at the beginning. So I was a little disappointed with them.

They cleaned the floors well enough, but they are not timely. They gave me a discount. My husband was in the military so I got a military discount and then they had a coupon for something off. Cleaning-wise they did a good job, but they sent one guy to my house. We had to help him move furniture because it was one guy. I thought they always sent two guys. He showed up on Saturday afternoon and, you know, you have other stuff to do but you've got to stop because you have to help him move stuff. He did a good job with the floors but unless you wanted him all night here with you we had to help him move the furniture. The guy did an excellent job. I feel like I got a deal on the price. They came out in a timely fashion, but we had to help. The only downfall was that they sent only one guy.

They were here about 4 or 5 years ago. I don't think the quality was that good. There were stains that I said to them can you get that up and they said yes and they didn't.

They did great work. The price was a little more than I thought it should be, but they came to my house to do it. Everything about the job was great. They did a great job and were professional, courteous and awesome.

I was not there when they did the job. They are a steady service provider for me and I do business with them in most of the states. I am pleased with their services.

Stanley Steamer came to clean the tile floor in the basement and area rugs on the first floor. As others have mentioned, they endeavored to "sell up" and I went for some additional services. Don't like this technique but ok. One of the guys said if I paid in cash they could throw in an extra service for free. Didn't take him up on this offer because it didn't feel right. When the basement floor was finished I went down to look but since it was wet I did not walk around just took a peek. After they left I went down to look more closely and found standing water in an area - enough water that I had to use the shop vac. What's the point of having the extraction machines and then leaving standing water? A few days later I decided to call and complain. They were unconcerned about the standing water but very interested in the service guy trying to make a deal for cash. In fact I spoke to three managers of various levels. One promised me a partial refund but I never received a check. They were more worried about the problem with their employee then my dissatisfaction with the service.

The crew arrived within the scheduled time and were able to complete the work in about 3 hours. They do try to up-sell quite a bit, and we took some of their advice on additional services. However, you don't have to agree to anything you don't want to have done, and I've found that is fairly standard practice for these types of services. The price was not the lowest, but the quality of the work was worth it. The team was quite efficient as well.

I've been able to use him on March of last year. I was satisfied with the Upholstery clean. They were professional. I would use them again in the future.

They were straight forward about letting us know which area rugs they do not recommend be cleaned by their service. They also let us know that wool wall to wall takes some time to dry and as it dry it may have a slight odor. Good that they let us know ahead of time about the work.

Job was done well. Unfortunately, an equipment failure prevented them from completing the job in one day. However, they offered to come back ASAP the same day. At our request, they returned the following week to finish the job, at a discount, to make up for the inconvenience

I wasn't completely satisfied with the work. The stains didn't disappear, they just got lighter. They tried to be helpful and sent me coupons, so the customer service was good. They respected my property and were professional.

They were very friendly, and even offered to do 1 couch for free. They were very quick and punctual.

The 2 workers were courteous, thorough and did a great job. They were able to get all the stains out of the carpet and it looks great. They were very careful and put protectors under the legs of the furniture and floor lamps and explained how long before everything will be dry. I also had some furniture cleaned and I can see the difference in how the fabric colors look cleaner and brighter.

I feel like they do a wonderful job. I like the fact that they call before they arrive and are always prompt and professional.
