+ -1 moreI received a gift certificate for Sir Spa, after about 6-months the owners decided to nullify all outstanding certificates, accepting only 50% of the face value. I argued with the staff, but the attitude was "tough luck, take it or leave it"! I went ahead & used the remainder of my $200 certificate and the place was a disappointment: filthy carpeting, mildew in showers, tattered robes. Lousy customer service & disappointing experience. There are plenty of spas in Chicago - skip this one!

Description of Work: This was the second time I went to Emily for back wax and yet again she was awesome! Minimal discomfort and very pleasant/happy personality.

+ -1 moreIt makes men comfortable that it's a spa just for guys. They provide a non-threatening warm environment. I like how they have a date night where they offer special packages. The members can bring anyone they want, whether it be a partner or a wife. I feel that their prices are competitive. Their facility is both modern and clean. Their staff is quite kind and courteous.
Description of Work: I go to Sir Spa for facials and massages.
